Today, after visiting the beautiful Fossanova Abbey (Priverno, LT) with family, I had lunch at Forno del Procoio in the medieval center of Fossanova. The service and quality of the food were excellent, and the price was reasonable. I recommend stopping at this traditional restaurant. If you'd like, you can try the fantastic pork loin en croute, simply delicious. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, with a lovely fireplace. A wide selection of local wines is also available.

Fantastic location near the abbey. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food was excellent, and the wine was good. We recommend the restaurant!
