IL FORNO creativi del gusto In Grottaglie

I have been there several times and have been able to appreciate the starters, the pizzas and the desserts, or rather the dessert, as I have practically always had the Sicilian cannolo with ice cream, practically a delight for the palate.

This isn't my first time here, I've been to this lovely place before. We made arancini with chips and meatballs, then pizzas with excellent leavening, crispy and light dough...all washed down with a good "viola" beer recommended by the staff. To finish off the desserts, I had the legendary brownie with ice cream, irresistible, truly delicious and unique. Highly recommended.

A week ago, I went to a pizzeria with some friends for an elite evening. The place is well-appointed, spread over two floors and has an elevator. The staff is polite and attentive to the customer's needs. We didn't order pizza, but we did have a selection of appetizers, which were excellent. The fish was cooked to perfection. I recommend the tempura cod, a real treat, and the courgette flowers with ricotta and mint pesto. I must say, however, that the arancini were good, but I prefer the traditional one with ragù, etc. The desserts were excellent, and the price was fair. I recommend it for a truly special evening.

The pizza was good, we couldn't talk because the tables were very close together and the voices were confusing.

I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. We had dinner on the terrace for four people. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Dinner on the terrace, especially in the summer, was excellent. It's a shame the wait was a bit long, but it was crowded, and my friends had already warned me about the wait. I'm only giving it four stars for the service because I can't take away half a point. Despite everything, it was a lovely dinner with friends. The food was excellent, the arancini were delicious, the pizzas were very good and crispy, and the desserts were excellent, especially the brownie. I definitely recommend it.
