04/08/2025: Excellent gelato, but the organization could be improved I've been to this gelato shop, and the gelato is truly excellent: full-bodied, creamy, high-quality flavors. It's definitely worth a try. The only thing I'd like to point out is the organization inside the shop, which, at busy times, can be quite chaotic. I politely suggested to the cashier the idea of creating a small guided tour to make the customer experience more fluid and orderly. She directed me to the manager, Ramona, who was very busy serving customers at the time. I expressed my suggestion politely, without any pretensions, but unfortunately, I received no response or even a sign of being listened to. I fully understand the pressure of the moment, but I believe that even a simple response can make a difference in customer relations. The product is excellent, and for this very reason, I hope the management of the experience can improve to the same extent.

15/07/2025: Excellent gelato, beautiful gelato shop!! The comfortable seating area is very popular, allowing you to enjoy your gelato slowly and in a relaxed atmosphere.
