Well yes! to eat fish in Rome you have to come to Talenti. Excellent raw material, processed with Sicilian wisdom. Massimo, a welcoming and friendly host, leads a good team in the kitchen but without neglecting the guests. Guests, however, entrusted to the care of Danilo, maître and sommelier, who, with courtesy and attention, always suggests the best pairing and coordinates a trained and courteous staff. It's always a certainty!

excellent fish restaurant at an excellent quality-price ratio. Thursday evening it was my sister and I who ate and as soon as we arrived the staff made us feel at home. We took their raw and cooked appetizers which were amazing to say the least!! you can feel that the fish is fresh and treated with care and respect. The first courses (spaghetti with clams and Sicilian paccheri) were tasty and inviting. Absolutely RECOMMENDED!!

In this place the Gin Team has found a home, inner spirit, courtesy and that wonderful Sicilian discretion combined with excellent raw materials make this place an internal destination that deserves to be shared!

Siamo stati in questo risotrante per la prima volta per una cena di pesce. Ambiente carino e curato. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto della casa con i moscardini fritti ci è piaciuto tutto (dalle alici alle cozze... )ricco, completo e saziante. Come primo abbiamo preso la pasta con i gamberi mantegata, purtroppo è arrivata dura e l'abbiamo dovuta mandare indietro, comunque poco sapore... Io ho preso la frittura di calamari che non mi è piaciuta molto (poco sapore sembrava pesce surgelato...da evitare). La carta della selezione dei vini un po' scomda (in cui indicano solo prezzo e nome vino, senza altri dettagli utili alla scelta). Giudizio: DA RIVEDERE... Nota positiva : 10 € di sconto.

19/01/2025: Surreal restaurant, hidden, not even a sign, the kind you wouldn't give a penny to. Spartan like few others and very small with only six-seven tables... but it is during service that the magic happens; incredibly managed by the sole owner who acts as both cook and waiter, (spoiler: hygiene standards that are at times questionable), serves delicious dishes respecting the correct timing between one course and another. Clean, large and fragrant bathroom. Honest prices. Rating 8 and a half. Well done👏

Love Truffles

31/12/2024: In the place you wouldn't expect (a depressed industrial area with warehouses) a quiet and welcoming environment with space for indoor and outdoor tables. The leitmotif here is the truffle in all its variations and expressions. The guys who served us were kind and friendly without the slightest intrusiveness, they responded to all our requests with competence and passion. The wine list offers few but effective ideas. For those who don't know this place yet, it is specified that it is possible to add fresh grated truffle to practically any dish. Level desserts. I forgot to add that the dining room staff provides interesting off-menu proposals. I realize that it is not a place for all budgets, but the quality and service fully justify what you pay. Advised!
27/12/2024: It was me and my girlfriend together with a friend of mine with his partner and their 2 and a half month old baby on 12/22/2024 to exchange greetings. For those who love truffles it is a perfect location, everything has a truffle theme in every dish, from the appetizer to the dessert, the environment is very refined and puts diners at ease, and the service is also very attentive to guests to please them in the requests, we had a great time in fact we promised ourselves to return. Excellent value for money.
