Last night, on the recommendation of an acquaintance of mine, I had dinner in this restaurant; They had spoken very well to me about it and I wanted to try it. The directions were right, the environment was serene and the staff were very kind, the cuisine was strictly Sicilian and not only excellent and surprisingly we also had a small discount on a total bill that was up to the quality of the food. Well yes! to eat fish in Rome you have to come to Talenti. Excellent raw material, processed with Sicilian wisdom. Massimo, a welcoming and friendly host, leads a good team in the kitchen but without neglecting the guests. Guests, however, entrusted to the care of Danilo, maître and sommelier, who, with courtesy and attention, always suggests the best pairing and coordinates a trained and courteous staff. It's always a certainty!

excellent fish restaurant at an excellent quality-price ratio. Thursday evening it was my sister and I who ate and as soon as we arrived the staff made us feel at home. We took their raw and cooked appetizers which were amazing to say the least!! you can feel that the fish is fresh and treated with care and respect. The first courses (spaghetti with clams and Sicilian paccheri) were tasty and inviting. Absolutely RECOMMENDED!!

09/02/2025: My boyfriend and I were in Rome for a weekend and we had lunch in this restaurant given its proximity to our hotel, intrigued by the nice reviews. As an appetizer we had some fried courgette flowers stuffed with anchovies and mozzarella (a little greasy for my taste but it can happen) and some croutons with lard and honey. For the first course I had the amatriciana (very good! Spectacular Amatrice bacon!) and my boyfriend a cacio e pepe. As a second course we shared the Roman saltimbocca served with potatoes, which were also good.
08/02/2025: Adorable trattoria between Santa Maria Maggiore and Piazza Vittorio. Both the kindness of the managers and the cuisine, true Roman, are exquisite. Unmissable, a certainty and a joy in the Eternal City. I hug you
