Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered the freedom to choose any table, setting the tone for a relaxed and personalized dining experience. One of the standout aspects of the evening was the staff's knowledge and assistance in pairing the perfect wines to complement our meal. Their recommendations enhanced each dish, with the octopus being particularly memorable—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Opting for the five-course tasting menu, we were not disappointed. Every dish was creative and delicious, offering a refreshing departure from the usual pizza and pasta. The diversity of flavors and attention to detail in each course truly showcased the chef’s talents. To top it off, the staff went above and beyond by helping us arrange a taxi back to our hotel, making the entire evening seamless and stress-free. Super inventive menu, very honest, well cooked, fresh ingredients, absolutely impeccable service (waiter was so nice! 😊 ) and a dessert I wont forget (crema di mais). I will come back for sure! Congratulations to the whole team!

Incredible modern Italian cuisine with a Japanese twist. If you’re tired of eating at the same trattoria and up for some adventure, I suggest trying this place. It’s been on the Michelin guide, but the food tastes like a Michelin restaurant.

The one catch: all guests at the table must choose the same appetizer, first, and second course—only the dessert can be selected individually. The dishes are rooted in tradition but feature creative, modern twists. Cocktails lean classic, the service was warm and attentive, and the wine pairings were perfectly on point. One small suggestion: the first course (can’t recall the name) was overwhelmed by tarragon leaves—they gave it an odd, almost soup-like flavor. We ended up pushing them aside.
