One of the best meals we had in Florence! Get 6 plates and customize to your liking. Cuttlefish & Fregula pasta as well as the smoked butter mackerel pasta entirely changed my perspective on what pasta could be. Also their olive oil w/ Itrana Olives is to die for, best olive oil we had all trip.

It is the best dinner we had in Florence city. We picked it for dinner for my boyfriend’s birthday (he is also a minimalism) and had great food and chilling time there.

This restaurant has been recommended by Michelin in recent years. It is located in the center of Florence. The decoration style is minimal, with original brick walls and beams adding texture. The tables are close together and there are almost no other decorations. Everything is focused on cooking, creativity and personality. The menu selection is flexible. You can order a la carte or choose a set menu. There are three options for the set menu. The most special thing is that the set menu here can be freely matched with dishes, but the guests at the whole table need to choose the type of set meal (desserts can be different). Overall, the meals at this restaurant, whether appetizers, main dishes or desserts, are of a very high standard, full of details, and endless aftertaste!

Food with attention to detail, refined tastes, small note on the desserts that are very good, but not at the height of the appetizer and the second, the first slightly unbalanced in tastes, but always excellent. Informal and kind service, sommelier really good at giving advice. Small, simple environment, crockery in particular, not exactly high-quality Bormioli glasses with very thick glass, do not do justice to the sommelier who is instead very professional in suggesting and explaining the wines. Overall everything was very pleasant.

The rosemary gelato is mind blowing! Highly recommend the beef tartare

Our first night in Florence and a little jet lagged we found this gem in our neighborhood. Modern takes on classic Italian dishes presented beautifully and downright delicious. Molto buono.

Wonderful service, creative menu. The vegetarian pasta choice with cauliflower was not very flavorful bur everything else was absolutely fantastic. Get dessert - it was excellent!
