Intimate spot with a great ambiance, offering both à la carte and tasting menu options. The one catch: all guests at the table must choose the same appetizer, first, and second course—only the dessert can be selected individually. The dishes are rooted in tradition but feature creative, modern twists. Cocktails lean classic, the service was warm and attentive, and the wine pairings were perfectly on point.
One small suggestion: the first course (can’t recall the name) was overwhelmed by tarragon leaves—they gave it an odd, almost soup-like flavor. We ended up pushing them aside.

Top place! The staff is very trained and helpful, in addition to the fact that they are very nice!

Dinner with friends for six tonight.
Central restaurant in the lively San Frediano area.
Mentioned in the Michelin guides, it intrigued us.
When booking, they asked me for my credit card details, to charge the penalty in case we didn't show up without notifying 12 hours before the booking (I didn't like that already).
But encouraged by the joyful group I pass over it.
Nice place but not out of the ordinary.
When booking, the kind waiter informed us that for kitchen reasons it was not possible to order à la carte, making us follow a menu of choice trying to group together more similar dishes.
(A single pigeon could not be ordered at least two).
So we tried to ADJUST by choosing dishes that were as similar as possible between us.
(This is a serious lack of organization in my opinion).
The sommelier was very nice and knowledgeable.
The prices, considering a menu dictated by the masses, were even too high.
There were about ten tables, such poor organization is possible.

Super good restaurant serving italian dishes with a modern twist. If you want something which is not necessarily traditional food, but more so an experience this is the place to go. Beautiful ambiance, good service and tasty food.
