Periodically frequented by me, I note as the only flaw, but not to be underestimated, the presence of very narrow spaces between the tables to the point of creating difficulties in service by the staff and even more so due to the difficulties of conversation between the diners at the same table, given the habit (let's call it that) on the part of the customers, certainly not the most polite, of raising their voices like at the market. I am not the one who has to propose the corrections that can be applied from a commercial point of view.
It's a shame because the rest is at a more than good level.

Ho mangiato in questo ristorante più volte: la prima è stata davvero buona, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Poi man mano abbiamo mangiato sempre peggio (rispetto al costo intendo). Pietanze fredde o tiepide, pasta fresca non all'altezza, zuppa inglese no comment, i piatti di pesce invece abbastanza buoni. Ho notato che la focaccia (e chissà cos'altro) non è nel menù e viene portata solo a chi la chiede. Ma se non sai che c'è, come fai ad ordinarla? Sembra abbiano due tipologie di clienti, di serie A e di serie B. In più non sono molto cordiali, soprattutto nell'accogliere i clienti. Mi spiace dirlo, ma non tornemo.

Un’esperienza culinaria straordinaria! Questo ristorante è davvero un gioiello. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura e passione, utilizzando ingredienti di altissima qualità che esaltano i sapori in modo impeccabile. La professionalità dello staff è evidente in ogni dettaglio: servizio impeccabile, sempre attento e mai invadente.
Un plauso speciale al proprietario, che ci ha accolti con calore e cortesia, facendoci sentire subito a casa. La sua attenzione per gli ospiti e la dedizione al suo lavoro sono davvero ammirevoli.
Un luogo che consiglio senza esitazioni, sia per una cena speciale che per un pranzo rilassante. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

Excellent cacio e pepe in a traditional Roman setting. A little chaotic but it can fit: many tables.
The freshly prepared cream makes the visit decidedly interesting....
