It leaves you in a good mood. Elegant yet familiar atmosphere. Tasty gratinated red mullet fillets accompanied by a fabulous mix of seafood appetizers! Everything was super fresh. To finish, zabaglione ice cream with TOP caramel strands. Friendly staff, especially Angela! Perfect in her role!

I grew up in this restaurant and now it's part of the family. The food, service, ambiance, and hospitality are excellent and impeccable, always top notch. Dishes are elegantly served, and above all, the cleanliness of the place deserves a 10/10.

A dinner for three between lights and some shadows. The seafood appetizers were good, as was the bruschetta. The artichoke alla giudia was crunchy. But the masterpiece is the fish dishes: exceptional raw material, enhanced by the kitchen that made the cuttlefish, the amberjack and the "simple anchovies" authentic delicacies. The cold zabaglione with wild strawberries is worth it, even if the house specialty is the hot one (minimum for two people). The bathrooms are clean and there is ample opportunity to eat outside. Courteous staff but (and this is the shadow) really long waiting times, as the place is full. For this reason I strongly suggest booking. The bill is a little higher than average (about €40 per person without wine, for a total of three appetizers, a first course, two second courses, two desserts and three mineral waters), but the quality is undisputed. You can pay with all credit cards. Parking is not always easy, but if you move a little it is not impossible.

Siamo tornati dal Focolare per cena. Atmosfera sempre la stessa, molto accogliente e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo gustato Insalata di mare quale antipasto, spigola al forno e seppie con carciofi per secondo e per finire le fragole con zabaione, vera specialità della casa e preparata come sempre direttamente dal proprietario. Tutto molto buono e gustoso. Questa volta però qualcosa non ha funzionato sui tempi, benché il ristorante non fosse pieno, entrando alle 20:15, siamo usciti dopo più di due ore con soste troppo lunghe tra una portata e l'altra. Prezzo circa €60 a testa

Per il nostro anniversario sono venuto con la mia famiglia ha pranzo Al Focolare dove siamo già stati in precedenza. Accoglienza gentilissima, personale molto cortese, servizio veloce e preciso. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo con portate super abbondanti. Torneremo sicuramente

29/08/2025: We had a great meal there; this restaurant was recommended to us by an Italian woman who knows the place. We had pasta (the medium portion is already difficult to finish) and a tiramisu: we enjoyed it! P.S.: Some say the carbo pasta is too salty; having eaten several in Rome, they're no saltier than the others.
27/08/2025: As a person I usually only post reviews for places that I think deserve it and this place is the best place I’ve eaten outside of my country and even if I compared it to the restaurants at home it would be in the top 3 maybe even higher, the attention was excellent the only place where the people serving spoke Spanish and English and talking to the servers you could the joy of working in a restaurant. To finalize I would like to use the words that the son of the owner told me When you enter this restaurant you do it as a client when you return you do it as a friend
