It's always wonderful to return to this restaurant, owned by the Lunghi family. My husband, Stefano, and I have been choosing this magical place for years to celebrate our special events (this time it was my graduation), and every time it's a magical experience. The setting is elegant yet welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The outdoor garden is immaculately kept, perfect for enjoying the cool air on summer evenings. The cuisine is simply extraordinary for us, with dishes crafted with attention to every detail, using the freshest ingredients and always balanced and original pairings. Each course is a small masterpiece, from the presentation to the flavor. The wine list is extensive and well-researched, with labels that perfectly complement each dish, but we've always trusted the staff's recommendations. The service is always impeccable: kind, attentive, and ready to offer advice without ever being intrusive. We've always felt pampered from start to finish. For us, Il Focarile isn't just a restaurant, but a place we'd love to return to celebrate our special moments. Each visit is a memory to be cherished and repeated.

We celebrated 50 years of marriage and I think that the choice of Focarile in Aprilia was a winning one, beyond our expectations. Chiara is a wonderful person, available to fulfill all requests. She reserved a room for us that overlooked the garden, furnished in a very elegant and sober way. She prepared an aperitif in the garden with canapés and focaccias prepared by them. Our guests appreciated them very much. We opted for a buffet service, but Chiara herself was there to serve us incredibly tender suckling pig and Tuscan Cinta Senese cold cuts, sliced on the spot. Everything was delicious: bowls with their famous pappa al pomodoro, fried zucchini flowers, delicious meatballs, braided buffalo mozzarella from Campania, toasted bread with Colonnata lard, battered vegetables and delicious zucchini flan. Risotto with zucchini flowers, pecorino and guanciale and pappardelle rosate with duck sauce that surprised everyone with its deliciousness. Also pizza Prepared by them with a very light dough and well-seasoned. Small pastry sorbet and a fragrant 1000 foglie with memorable Chantilly cream and fruit pieces. The service was impeccable, with constant changes of dishes and water and wine always on the table. We appreciate the raw ingredients and the very refined composition of the dishes. Sometimes we seek out faraway locations and overlook exceptional places, like in this case, near the city. We recommend a visit and we will definitely return.
