Il Fiorile In Alessandria

The location is very remote, in the country side. In the winter period it has very few visitors, and the facility is managed by only one (kind) person so we needed to announce in advance the arrival hour which is very unusual. The bed has known better times, with the matress lower on one side, however the bed sheets were clean. Breakfast is cheap but scarce, overall ok for a single night but would not spend more.

Sono stato in questo ristorante per la cena aziendale di Natale. Si trova nella campagna del basso Piemonte, in una zona boscosa e poco frequentata. Essendo andati con un pulmino abbiamo avuto difficoltà a raggiungere il ristorante e l’ultimo tratto di strada l’abbiamo percorsa a piedi. Pazienza! Ma appena giunti al locale abbiamo ricevuto un’accoglienza molto calda e cordiale che ci ha fatto scordare il piccolo disagio prima detto. L’ambiente è in stile rustico ma molto ben curato, riscaldato bene da diverse stufe. Il servizio davvero curato e gentile. Il cibo da lodare, a partire da una serie di sfiziosissimi antipasti continuando con i primi (risotto e una specie di tortellini molto buoni) a seguire un ottimo secondo di carne lardellata con contorno di verdure e cotte e per finirà con il dolce di cui ho apprezzato particolarmente le eccellenti creme al cioccolato e alla vaniglia. Un buon caffè espresso ed una deliziosa grappa ambrata molto vellutata hanno completato la cena. Il tutto con la presenza di un duo musicale che ha impreziosito la serata con musiche, canti, danze e karaoke! Del prezzo non so essendo come detto una festa aziendale, ma io dico che il locale merita una deviazione e volendo si può anche pernottare in quanto munito di camere!

We only spent one night there but a very good night, quiet, comfortable bedding. The room and bathroom very clean. The welcome was warm and pleasant. We had a good chat with the lady who speaks French very well. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. This is an address that we keep if we return to Italy.

Abbiamo preso due menù degustazione al prezzo di 45 eur ciascuno bevande escluse, piatti a scelta dello chef, indietro a mio parere la cottura del vitello tonnato, buono l'uovo a 60°, risotto pere e noci anonimo, non degno del prezzo la quiche proposta come secondo, buoni i dessert, buono il vino consigliato, nel complesso però caro il prezzo

Magical place immersed in the greenery of Val Borbera. Super friendly and helpful staff. You can't ask for more :)

Excellent food, refined dishes and friendly and helpful staff

Four of us were there with the motorcycles for one night. Our room on the first floor was really big, the beds were comfortable, everything was in perfect order. Motorcycles were parked in the parking lot under the photovoltaic system. The property is locked, so parking is safe. Unfortunately it was closed in the evening, but the breakfast was really excellent. I can recommend it at any time.

A truly beautiful place, surrounded by nature. The room was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, the service was friendly. The only thing I didn't expect was that the user of the "kitchen corner" had to pay €50 for plates, pots... I didn't know and I didn't like it.

An enchanting place, excellent for relaxing in an oasis of silence and tranquility. Friendly and helpful staff and fabulous cuisine. I didn't give the location a maximum score only because this time access was a little difficult due to road works, but in any case there are many indications. Highly recommended experience!

Quiet and very characteristic location. Quality breakfast, the swimming pool was much appreciated.
