Incredibly beautiful and quiet. There's an attached restaurant. Fine cuisine (and very affordable) with great local wine. I know a thing or two about this place. They've had a Michelin star for years. The rooms are comfortable and good, even for longer stays. Not really a detour if you're heading south, and worth it for what you get. AND I saw the first fireflies of my life. :-)

Il fiorile was an exquisite experience. We had one of the best meals of our lives. The ambiance, the taste, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We didn't expect much but were remained very pleased. It's a 20 minute drive to Seravalles which is nice too. Would definitely come back!

05/12/2025: As someone passing through Novara for a few hours and for the first time in Novara..., the first place that came to my attention on Google Maps was a simple savory puff pastry snack and a cappuccino, nothing special, though.... Very kind and courteous staff, reliable and attentive, very welcoming and accurate, very open-plan space 👍😎 Like a first contact with the city of Novara, I mean, I immediately felt at ease ❤️❤️❤️ The first impression is always decisive!!! 17/01/2026: A beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming venue. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the real highlight is the quality of the food. An excellent selection of traditional Piedmontese dishes, beautiful to look at and with a touch of innovation.
