I highly recommend it. Francesca is lovely and always attentive. The breakfast is generous and delicious, with many fresh, homemade products. She gives us great tips for sightseeing. The location is ideal, a 5-minute walk from San Geminiano. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and peaceful.

I was in San Gimignano last week for my photo tour group, and I happened to see Francesca’s stunning view of the town from her backyard. I stopped by to ask if I could take some photos, and she kindly said yes. She was incredibly welcoming and sweet. Even though I didn’t stay at Francesca’s place, her warmth and generosity made me feel truly welcome. From the moment we connected, she extended kindness that went far beyond expectation. Whether it was her thoughtful gestures, helpful advice, or simply the way she made me feel included, I’m deeply grateful. It’s rare to meet someone who opens their heart so freely. Her hospitality wasn’t about a room or a roof—it was about making someone feel seen, valued, and cared for. That’s a gift, and I won’t forget it. Wonderful experience with she was so much fun!

We stayed at this B&B the week before Ferragosto, after having moved our arrival dates twice due to personal issues, but Francesca proved to be incredibly helpful and kind. The view was beautiful, the silence was quiet, and the breakfast was spectacular, both sweet and savory. She was incredibly patient, even with my little girl, who was exploring everything. Highly recommended.
