Last night we celebrated my son's graduation party and we couldn't have found a more suitable location: charm combined with professionalism and excellent cuisine made this occasion special Manuel and Francesco took turns at the table and competed to pamper us The evening ended in style with stories of the history of the residence while also enjoying the view of Rome from the splendid terrace. We will return but to stay a few days!!!

Food and service at another level. Flavors and textures so good. Chef sent specials for fun. If you can find it it will transport you. Go into the hotel that was a covenant and follow the signs to the restaurant. Trust the signs, you will get there.

Fantastic experience Daniel and Jacaopo exceptional A must when in Rome

Words are not enough to describe what a great experience our dinner was. We went to celebrate my parents 30th anniversary and my boyfriend’s birthday and they were extremely happy. Daniel and Jacopo were amazing and the food wonderful. Thank you very much.

A special evening for my mother's 60th birthday. Impeccable service and nice atmosphere. At the end of the dinner Daniele took us on a tour of the location (partly built by Borromini and therefore unique) and finally on the terrace. Truly a magical experience

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare presso Il Ferro e il Fuoco a Roma, e posso dire con certezza che si tratta di un'esperienza culinaria che va ben oltre le aspettative. Appena entrato, sono stato accolto da un'atmosfera calda e suggestiva, con un arredamento che fonde perfettamente elementi rustici e moderni. La combinazione di luci soffuse e dettagli curati nei minimi particolari crea un ambiente intimo e piacevole, ideale sia per una cena romantica che per un'uscita con amici. Il personale è stato impeccabile: professionale, disponibile e sempre pronto a consigliare i migliori piatti del menù. Ogni portata è arrivata al momento giusto, con una presentazione che dimostra grande attenzione ai dettagli.

Siamo stati domenica sera da Il Ferro e Il Fuoco a Trastevere all’interno dell’Hotel Donna Camilla Savelli, poiché ne avevamo sentito parlare da amici e alla fine abbiamo prenotato, volendo provare sia qualcosa di pesce per me e qualcosa di carne per il mio compagno. Non abbiamo soggiornato nell’Hotel perché siamo di Roma, ma ci è sembrato molto elegante e raffinato. La sensazione è che il cliente sia messo al centro di tutta questa delicata ricercatezza. Insomma, dalle foto di alcune recensioni i locali ci avevano ispirato, dal vivo però devo ammettere che rendono anche di più (probabilmente perché è più immersiva, rispetto ad una semplice foto). Mi è davvero piaciuta anche l’atmosfera che si respirava. Per quanto riguarda le ordinazioni, ho scelto come un antipasto le Capesante scottate e un secondo, il filetto di baccalà. Il mio compagno invece ha preso una tartare di fassona e i bottoni alla carbonara, che ho preteso di assaggiare perché sia all’aspetto che all’odore erano molto invitanti. L’assaggio ha confermato le sensazioni: consiglio caldamente questo piatto. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con due calici di vino che ci sono stati consigliati dal sommelier. Il conto è commisurato sia alla location che alla qualità delle materie prime. Anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte, lo Chef lo sa e i piatti vengono presentati con uno stile moderno ed elegante. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il servizio, accorto, attento e disponibile alle nostre richieste. E’ stata davvero una bella esperienza, non soltanto una cena. Ci torneremo!
