We had the pleasure of spending a week at the Donna Camilla Savelli in Rome and dined twice at the restaurant. These ratings are no exaggeration. The hotel is an island of tranquility in the tempest that can be Rome. The service at the restaurant was impeccable, the food amazing and the atmosphere relaxing and welcoming. If you are coming to Rome, I would highly recommend the Donna Camila Savelli and encourage you to experience the restaurant. Buon appetito! Oh, and there is a signature cocktail at the bar the is killer.

I had dinner at this restaurant and left completely satisfied. From the beginning, the experience was impeccable: from the selection of wines, to the dishes with attention to the smallest details, up to the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Special thanks to Francesco, Daniel and all their colleagues for the warm welcome and the precious advice on pairings, which made the dinner even more special. Amazing food and interiors but what made the experience complete was the restaurant team: Cristina and Francesco, the servers and Daniel the somm. Their menu suggestions were perfect for us who have been in Rome for 3 weeks. Their menu is traditional with a twist. Service was impeccable. Hands down our best meal in the last 21 days! Five star!
