The best thing about the restaurant was Simone's service and attention. The food was very good, but nothing out of the ordinary, and the atmosphere was a bit cold.

The food was incredible and presented so artfully. Our waiter was very personable and knowledgeable about the cuisine and the region. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Rome.

Simply unique! I celebrated my birthday here and everything was perfect. From start to finish, the chef delighted us with his traditional Italian and Campania dishes, including fish (the roasted octopus was the best I've ever eaten, truly out of this world) and meat with saltimbocca, as well as traditional Roman dishes like cacio e pepe and scampi bisque. Everything was simply perfect, even the Sacher torte was fantastic, delicious and light! Another special mention goes to the staff, who were beyond praise. They explained all the dishes to us, as well as the history of the building, suggesting a tour, if you like, of the terrace with a breathtaking view of Rome, the Roman caves, and the Borromini room. A true experience, absolutely worth repeating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Amazing food and interiors but what made the experience complete was the restaurant team: Cristina and Francesco, the servers and Daniel the somm. Their menu suggestions were perfect for us who have been in Rome for 3 weeks. Their menu is traditional with a twist. Service was impeccable. Hands down our best meal in the last 21 days! Five star!
