The fried calamari, even though the portion was exaggerated, was too greasy and a bit soft. The mussels marinara were good, but the dishes were not very tasty.

Very nice for the location, practically on the beach.
Decent food, poor service style 'I'm doing you a favor by serving you'.
Never ask for the dish of the day.
Modest prices.
The mussels alla marinara should be deleted.

Since we occasionally go to visit our friends in Pedaso, on the last day they took us to this restaurant right on the sea. We started with various seafood appetizers and one of their signature dishes, mezze maniche allo scoglio; everything was really good. Since I was still hungry, I had some fish caught and grilled. A 5-star lunch. Congratulations to everyone

My daughter and I made a quick stop in Pedaso and before taking the train we looked for a place to have lunch and found Chalet Il Faro. Fabulous place right on the sea. Delicious food. Kind and fast staff. I recommend. I'm just sorry that Google won't let me publish photos anymore.

Nice place on the sea good food a little overrated I have been there several times .....they tend to give the best places and specialties to the locals also the treatment is different ... shame because they work with tourists or should

If you are on the Bologna-Taranto highway and you need to stop for a meal, instead of the usual autogrill, go out at Pedaso and go to Faro. Excellent fish and seafood, honest prices, fast and helpful. I had the mezze maniche allo scoglio, served abundantly directly from the pan, a luxury! Then before returning to the boring highway, a dip in the Adriatic and off you go. Highly recommended, if I am in the area I will return.

A wonderful surprise after a day of traveling. Nice restaurant on the sea with excellent fish, in the afternoon we stopped for an aperitif and then we returned for dinner. We ordered a house appetizer and first courses and we were full given the large portions. Everything fresh and high quality, if we have to exit the highway again we will return here.
