29/12/2025: I went for dinner with friends at this restaurant outside Imola, surrounded by greenery and tranquility but easily accessible.
The classic appetizer, a platter of cured meats with a light, non-greasy fried crescentina, was good. The fried polenta, which is also part of the appetizer, was also very good.
Excellent homemade first courses; the special feature is that you can choose your own toppings from the options available, even the same type of pasta but with different toppings.
The portions we received were just the right amount, neither too small nor too large, but truly excellent.
I won't review the meat because, already full after the appetizers and second courses, we gave up and didn't order a second course. We finished with dessert, which was good but not special.
Positive rating for both quality and quantity.
It's a shame about the service, which was a bit slow despite the dining room being half empty that evening. We had to wait quite a while between courses, but the waitress (the only one in the dining room) was very kind.
I hope it was a one-off mix-up, but I still ate well and will definitely be back to try other dishes.
27/10/2025: The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and with a very welcoming dining room. It's a shame about the organization because we went on Sunday for lunch and there was only one waitress doing everything! From the bill to the table service, there's bound to be a bit of a wait. It's also a shame about the menu; I expected more given the prices, but it's nothing exciting.
