In the splendid little square of Bologna under the house of the legendary Dalla, among the outdoor wicker tables, completely in the ZTL area, you can find a bit of the past. Quiet chats until late in the evening if you like an aperitif with a rich and well-made buffet or a quick lunch. The desserts and coffee are also delicious, often Neapolitan. Good selection of wines. Good service, courteous, quick and helpful. Also open on Sunday mornings, a must. Average price.

To pass back through the heart.
Few things cannot be described, perhaps the most important things can only be felt. Smile can be translated into Spanish (sonrisa), Italian (sorriso) and practically any language, however the smile with which Giovanni and his family (Rosita and Pierpaolo) welcome you at Il Duca D’Amaldi is unique, it has no translation, it can only be felt, it is a smile that lingers in the memory like the taste of the dishes they share as only they can.
Eduardo Galeano was not wrong: to remember (recordar); from the Latin records, to pass back through the heart.

For a quick breakfast, I decide with some colleagues to have breakfast here. We take several croissants, cream, chocolate and pistachio, the dough is very good and the cream is the best of the 3. Cream donut, not bad but it seemed a little dry to me, and then we also took an eclair but it was a little alcoholic and so I didn't really like it. Very helpful staff and very nice place in the center. Average costs

Per una colazione al volo, decido con delle colleghe di fare colazione qui. Prendiamo diversi cornetti, crema, cioccolato e pistacchio, molto buono l’impasto e la crema il migliore dei 3. Bombolone alla crema, non male però mi sembrava un po’ secco, e poi abbiamo preso anche un eclair ma era un Po alcolico e quindi non mi è molto piaciuto. Personale molto disponibile e posto molto carino in pieno centro. Costi nella media
