I discovered "Il dolce cortile" years ago. I can only say that the cookies, pastries, cakes, brownies, and especially the biscotti brittle are incredible. If you're looking for the best, you have to try this pastry shop in Monza.

We went for a sweet break, and we loved it!! We had a single-serving black cherry dessert and tea, everything fresh and excellent quality! The place is intimate and welcoming, the pastries are delicious, the staff is friendly and smiling. The only negative is that, being outdoors, the chairs were wet and the tables were dirty from previous drinks. It would have been a great idea to have a trash can outside (which was missing). And to have no queues at that time, I expected the only customers to have table service (which is not generally provided) would have been perfect. But I'm really nitpicking, because we actually had a great time. The lemon, ginger, and honey tea was truly perfect. We'll definitely be back and I'll bring my friends to share a delicious and peaceful break! 🥰

I've eaten their single-serving desserts several times, and they're spectacular! My favorite cake is the Elena cake, a marvel with apple curls... but the cookies are also incredibly good! Definitely worth a try. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, which isn't a given: you can tell they're passionate about their work. Highly recommended!

At the kiosk I got my own ice cream cone, everything was super, like Elens, which gives an incredible alkegris boost.

We tried the ice cream at the kiosk in the square but found it too sweet. The stracciatella was too creamy. The price of €28 per kilo seems too high, as is paying 50 cents for an empty cone that, elsewhere, is free. I don't think I'll return.
