I will definitely be back to try the tasting menu.
The restaurant welcomes you in the old stables of the Castello dei Conti, finely renovated, a truly elegant and characteristic environment.
The service is up to par for a place of this kind, the only two notes I can make are the lack of presentation of the dishes and the choice of napkins being a little too cheap. For the rest I would say flawless.
We finally come to the kitchen.
We started with two starters, Potato Flan and Beef Tartare, both delicious. Moving on to the two first courses, the Tortelli Crudo and Figs are undoubtedly worth trying, they are also very good, while the Sgorbi with Tuna and Stracciatella, a dish without infamy and without praise, should be seen again. We continued with a fillet at Jack Daniel's, very tender meat, perfectly cooked and an exquisite dish. Finally, two desserts Normal berry cheesecake, nothing exceptional and Chocolate and berry semifreddo quite good. Two glasses of good red wine accompany the dinner.
The bill, I would say, is in line with a restaurant of this kind.
The desserts at 12 euros are probably a bit too expensive.

We were for the first time in this beautiful restaurant, recommended by some friends, but unfortunately we were quite disappointed.
The location is truly splendid.
However, the waiter never cracked a smile and the general atmosphere seemed a bit sad to us. He didn't even pour water for us, nor did he clean the table properly after eating (the dirty towels were left there). Also, in such a restaurant I expected cotton towels, not paper.
The waiter didn't even know the weight of the rib. I, who work as a waitress, always find out about important things if the cooks don't tell me. He couldn't even explain how the cakes were made: really disappointing.
The pasta was very good, but the breaded cutlet was a little dry and the potatoes were raw and too greasy.
The grilled short rib, which was supposed to weigh 350g, seemed to be 250g at most - that too overcooked and had no flavour.
For what we paid, the price seemed excessive.

I very much agree with -Ale Erre's review.
First time in this restaurant (and before coming we inquired with friends, acquaintances.. so we didn't even come by chance) we were left feeling like this for a bit.. I must say that the expectations were very very high so we expected everything to the maximum!
Taste was also good but not that "WOW" stuff.
The location I say: WOW!!!
And the two things together should go fairly hand in hand... so I don't know.
"Lots of smoke and no fire"
Wow and I'm very sorry but I really expected A BOMB DINNER also because the prices are NOT low!

Nice location, but disappointing service
The restaurant is located in an area where you wouldn't expect such a beautiful place: the environment is well-kept and the atmosphere is pleasant. The food is good, like in many other restaurants, so nothing exceptional but still satisfying.
Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the service. Even though we had a reservation at 8.30pm, the dishes didn't arrive until 10.20pm, with no one apologizing for the delay. Our waitress, instead of trying to improve the situation, was rude and annoyed, making everything even more unpleasant.
It's a shame, because the place deserves more.

First time in this restaurant and my opinion is good, but not yet excellent.
Reading the reviews, expectations were very high, I confess, and perhaps this aspect played against it.
What I liked:
- Suggestive location, well-kept interiors, complete menu and good food
What I didn't like:
- A bit cold and aseptic approach to customers
- Qrcode on the table instead of the menu (it clashes a lot with the elegance of the place)
- Paper napkins (nice, but still paper).
Overall a good first time and I hope, in a possible next visit, to find a more welcoming atmosphere from the staff... Otherwise it's just "a beautiful body without a soul".

Prima visita in questo locale e sottolineo che tutto è riferito alla degustazione "7 peccati dello chef".
Accoglienza,servizio,gentilezza tutti 5 stelle.
3 antipasti e 2 primi eccellenti, trattandosi di degustazione dovevano essere assagini.
Flan di funghi porcini, composta di melanzane, tartare di fassona(3 antipasti) ottima qualità.
2 primi : tagliolini al ragù di cervo, e ravioli di bufala con gelato fiordi latte con pepe della val Maggia. Una goduria per il palato.
Gli ultimi 2 peccati non sono stati all'altezza dei primi cinque. Le costine da dimenticare, bruciate ricoperte di una salsa indecifrabile la torta di mele immangiabile, stopposa e cruda.
Torneremo sicuramente ma per cenare alla carta. Questa è solo una critica prettamente personale e non vuole essere un giudizio, solo una valutazione dettata da gusti personali.
Per finire da rivedere i tempi, la degustazione è durata quasi 3 ore dalle 20 alle 22:45, a mio avviso 120 minuti sarebbero stati più che sufficienti.
