American here! The food was great and the service was superb. We had two different types of pizza and an eggplant appetizer. They were all delicious.

I had dinner at Pizzeria Il Culinario on Via Principe di Belmonte in Palermo and had a truly excellent experience. The location is very central, perfect for an evening in the heart of the city. The pizzas are spectacular: light, well-leavened, and highly digestible dough, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. You can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients and in preparing them. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional, always smiling and ready to offer advice. Service was prompt despite the restaurant being busy. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, ideal for a dinner as a couple or with friends. Excellent value for money. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent pizza in Palermo! 🍕👏

Excellent pizza, very well-kept local

Delicious pasta! We ordered spaghetti with seafood and macaroni with ragù and ham. The service was a bit confusing with the language, but we highly recommend it.

Incredibly friendly service, attentive, quick, and they even took the time for a few personal words – lovely! The food: simply outstanding! The interior is a matter of taste, a colorful mix of everything, and plenty of it, accompanied by Italian music (lots of typical classics). All in all, authentic and very welcoming, and highly recommended. Especially delicious: Arancinette and Caponata di Melanzane for starters, Main course: Fettuccine with pesto Siciliano and Spada in Guazetto. 👍🏻
