Good food, kind staff, good service

My boyfriend and I went to Palermo about 3 days ago and found ourselves eating at this restaurant. Super vast menu, all the waiters really good, 5 star customer service. We took lots of street food, very fresh oysters and the unforgettable spaghetti with sea urchins, delicious. The owner Giuseppe, a very nice person, super helpful and with an unforgettable kindness. Thank you very much to all the staff for making just one evening in Palermo unforgettable. Super recommended.

"Il Culinario" in Palermo was a pleasant discovery! The food is exceptional, with attention to detail evident in every dish. The service is quick and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. During our holiday we returned twice, a sign of how much we enjoyed our stay. Honest prices. We tasted different specialties: the pizza, with a crunchy and light dough, was delicious; the swordfish caponata, tasty and well balanced; spaghetti with clams, very fresh; and the fisherman's fry, simply delicious. The cantaloupe sorbet, served directly in a slice of cantaloupe, was the perfect finishing touch. A restaurant you absolutely must try if you want to make a good impression!

High quality food at honest prices, with a nice outdoor terrace that creates a pleasant atmosphere. We started with a Tonnara pizza to share, followed by pasta with pistachio pesto and prawns, and squid ink spaghetti with prawn tartare (amazing). The abundant grilled fresh fish and the fish balls in sauce were top. The sorbets are also delicious, served in the fruits themselves: mulberries, cantaloupe, mandarin and pineapple, all exceptional. An experience to repeat!

Good meal at Culinario. Fast service and tasteful fried pizza. Mediteraneo pasta is good but still expensive. The servers are available and efficient!

Siamo arrivati in zona per le nostre vacanze estive e, cercando un luogo in cui sederci per mangiare qualcosa dopo un lungo viaggio, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante situato in un posto strategico nel centro di Palermo. Ciò che ci ha colpito e che ci ha spinti a scegliere proprio "Il culinario" è stato il menù ricco di tante prelibatezze perlopiù tipiche ma che mette d'accordo un po' tutti, scelta azzeccatissima in quanto abbiamo assaggiato cibo freschissimo e di ottima qualità. Un'altra peculiarità di questo posto è lo staff che, insieme al proprietario del ristorante, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, dettaglio che per dei napoletani come noi è fondamentale; sono stati subito accoglienti, gentili, cordiali e alla mano, persone di cuore che danno il massimo per soddisfare il cliente. Non posso fare altro che consigliare!
