Set back from the traffic, this restaurant that I had spotted on the web deserves its laudatory comments.
Welcoming and very organized staff. Tasty, hearty dishes, served hot (I want to emphasize this) and served quickly.
We had dinner there then lunch. If the restaurant is very busy in the evening, it is much less busy at lunchtime

We had lunch at this restaurant and loved the Sicilian swordfish, there fresh salad greens and their apetizers of home-made bread with extra vigin olive oil. At 3:30 PM ther restaurant was almost empty where the waiter was very courteous and gave us great service.

Known by chance, really very welcoming place. The owner Paolo was really kind and pampered us throughout the service. Good quality raw materials, super attentive and fast service, honest prices. We will definitely return if we pass through Palermo again

Io Culinario is an extraordinary place, connected to the outside with excellent diplomacy and presentation of the place, we enter and the innovative but at the same time welcoming design makes the atmosphere calm and pleasant. But the main thing is the culinary experience where unfortunately we stop at 5 stars but we would have liked to give 10

We dined last night at the Culinario and were deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The owner Giuseppe with his very attentive and competent lady made sure that our meal was memorable and made us feel at home by providing excellent advice and guaranteeing our satisfaction. I can never recommend this restaurant enough for a fantastic dining experience.
