Excellent environment, attentive service and excellent cellar that allows the choice of wine. An alternative to the usual "bowler hats".

Il Cucco does everything, everything right. A restaurant has been opening behind the wine shop since 2023 with a beautiful modern yet traditional design that is very rare to find in this coherence. It's a lighthouse in Val d'Itria, where hopefully others can still be inspired, because that's what's missing. The operators are young and casual, the kitchen doesn't try to imitate important and gourmet cuisine with bonsai portions. The triad of really good cuisine, cooked on point, good local design and a mixed audience with a nice team is a dream. It's okay.

Location incantevole sia all'interno che all'esterno, cucina tradizionale con tanti tocchi di innovazione (il personale in cucina e' molto giovane).

Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises et avons testé le thon en tartare et mariné un filet de poisson frais, les côtes d agneau , la salade caprese façon CUCCO : les plats sont élégants , raffinés et goûteux et les vins proposés excellent . Personnel parlant français pour la prise de commande . Excellent service .

Huge hidden garden area to the rear. All the food was delicious and service excellent, wine menu is extensive- recommended!

Space. Prefe new place and attentive and kind staff. Wine bar restaurant, so you can't go wrong with wine. Exceptional food of excellent quality. Very nice place. Among the most appreciated things is the calm of the customers who live and frequent it, a bit of rest from the masses of people in August, a corner of regeneration. Always appreciate the music selected (as a genre) and at the right volume.
