Excellent meals, service and environment. It was quiet for a mid-week night and we were skilfully relocated from the garden after it started to rain. Good options and high quality dining in this wonderful town!

I'd always been curious about Il Cucco, but in the end we always settled on the same old typical Cisternino restaurant...
Tonight, curiosity won out, and I regretted not having indulged it sooner.
The place was beautiful... the service excellent... the dinner excellent... not predictable... not banal... just the right amount of refinement... suitable for every palate...
The price was absolutely right... the atmosphere was pleasant, without the loud music, and we could converse at the table without shouting to be heard...
A more than pleasant experience, one I'll repeat and recommend.

A wonderful place, I recommend it 100%. The terrace is sublime, the dishes are well-crafted and refined, and the staff is knowledgeable and very welcoming.
The wines are good and affordable.

A lovely restaurant and wine bar, with indoor dining rooms and a lovely garden. We dined on a small balcony overlooking the garden. The staff was friendly and courteous. We ate well. The wine selection is extensive, but the food selection is a bit less so.

Bella la location, un’enoteca ti accoglie all’ingresso per poi proseguire in un bel giardino molto curato tra tavoli, rose bianche e piante di mandorle. Molto suggestivo. Il menù molto vario, buoni gli antipasti, il primo discreto, il dolce (un brownie) una bomba. Conto abbastanza salato. Comunque da provare.

Verfeinerte bodenständige apulische Küche in einem sehr gemütlichen Gewölbe im Hinterhaus der rennomierten Enoteca.
Enoteca mit Restaurant oder ungekehrt,
Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat hervorragend geschmeckt, wir waren satt und glücklich.
Selbstredend tolle Weinbegleitung.
Freundlicher und flinker Service.
Preise moderat und mehr als angemessen.
