Paolo, the owner, pizza chef, and a magician with the kids. Wonderful experience. The pizzas are amazing. I've never had such a good pizza, and that's not even mentioning the sandwiches and fried pizzas. Highly recommended. Kindness and hospitality reign supreme, and the kids are so entertained with his eating tricks. Paolo, thank you so much for everything. See you next year. 💗😊👋

Paolo is a true professional when it comes to making pizza and focaccia dough. The ingredients are top-quality, from the sauces to the fillings. The food is always plentiful. The atmosphere is magical, a place to think and enjoy some great food. Paolo is also capable of entertaining even the littlest ones with magic tricks. Highly recommended.

Simply spectacular. Excellent food and friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is the service, which is a bit slow, but it's worth it for the excellent food. Paolo is very friendly and kind, and his magic tricks leave both adults and children speechless, making dinner a true experience worth doing at least once a week.

Every time we decide to go to Paolo's my eyes light up... the pizzas? A car tire... they're HUGE, they pop off the plate... an explosion of flavors, the sandwiches are delicious, always GIANT, no matter which one you choose, he puts tons of fries on the plate... basically, there's no such thing as a diet here hahahaha.

A delightful evening with friends. Both the pizzas and sandwiches were excellent. The highlight of the place is the owner, Paolo, who is not only friendly and helpful, but also knows how to enchant with his magic tricks. We'll definitely be back!

Pizza davvero super buona, ho provato il servizio d’asporto e sono stato super soddisfatto. Pizza buonissima con il nodino sopra ed omaggiato da buone montanare. Super consigliato. Prossima volta assaggerò il panino.

Erano 10 anni che mancavo dal covo, seppur non c era molta gente essendo domenica e con la paura che qualcosa fosse cambiato, ho ritrovato i sapori di 10 anni fa migliorati e perfezionati. Un grande Paolo sempre pieno di positività e una pizza che la mangi anche il giorno dopo e sembra appena uscita dal forno.

21/06/2025: Everything perfect... From the food to the service. Dinner with my husband, we were welcomed in a pleasant way in a welcoming environment. We tasted a fabulous cutting board and an equally excellent second course accompanied by a good wine, fast service attentive to details, in particular the owner Luca made us feel at home highly recommended.

Che Voglia-Gelateria e Grafferia

25/05/2025: I was at Voglia yesterday, in Piazza Cappuccini in Tricase, and I can say with certainty that it is a must-see for those who love well-made desserts. It is a place specialized in bomboloni, Krapfen and lobster tails filled with special and super delicious creams: Rocher cream, white cream, pistachio cream, hazelnut cream, chocolate cream, Kinder Bueno cream... and the list goes on! Every bite is a bomb of flavor. The desserts are always very fresh, filled on the spot and with quality ingredients. An explosion of flavors that makes you want to try them all. Personally, I tried the lobster tail with Rocher cream: simply spectacular. Plus, while I was there, I was lucky enough to hear celebrations in perfect Neapolitan style, a warm and cheerful atmosphere, which made the experience even more special. Even though we were in the heart of Salento, for a moment it seemed like we were in Naples, but without excess or confusion. There are two small flaws, however: 1. You can only eat outside, so you have to keep an eye on the weather. 2. Parking is complicated: I found a place about 5 minutes away on foot, but I assure you it was worth it. In conclusion: Voglia is a corner of irresistible sweetness in Tricase. If you are in the area, don't miss it. Once you try it, it becomes difficult not to come back. I tried the bombolone al Kinder Bueno at Che Voglia in Tricase: a real bomb of taste! Soft, creamy filling and sweet at the right point, with that delicious touch of Kinder Bueno that makes it irresistible. Highly recommended for a super enjoyable break!
