Just eaten at Al Covo. We had a fantastic meal. Delightful location not far from St Marks Square. A good choice of food, especially if you like fish. I opted for sole and my wife chose a beautiful pasta dish. A great choice of wine from the local regions. Topped off with a cheesecake to die for. The recommendations for Al Covo are well deserved

We had such a wonderful experience here! Went for dinner with friends, and the staff was so friendly and fun! The food is amazing and definitely worth trying when in Venice. We would eat here again for sure!

Lots of Americans took forever to have Our order taken... were just about to walk out.
English menu states €60 minimum to offset coperto, nothing like that on the Italian menu ?
Food was probably least favourite of the whole week

Visiting the beautiful city of Venice is amazing. The history, architecture and plenty of restaurants to choose from. That said, I am thrilled that I did my research as we dined for my husband’s birthday at Al Covo, and I will say it did not disappoint. Our whole experience was delightful. It began with amazing service from everyone we were in contact with. The meal was delicious from start to finish. Our server Richard was a particular stand out with helpful suggestions, kindness and wit. Beautiful food, amazing staff and a lovely atmosphere made this the trifecta. Grazie mille!

The food comes with very elegant presentations, but it is not satisfying and cold... The pasta and fish dish we ate came to us cold. menu is complex, ordering without support is almost impossible

Venice has a reputation for expansive food that isn’t very good; though chances are the people who say that aren’t doing the research they need to in order to find great spots like these.
We had a wonderful meal filled with fresh seafood and beautifully prepared dishes. We had seasonal crab as well as a medley of fried seafood. Do not skip the desert their cheesecake is incredible!

Very nice restaurant in Venice. Top quality food. Ceviche is very savoury, sole with artichokes very well made. Desserts are also recommended (panna cotta, vanilla ice cream with liquorice, or fried cream). The service is excellent and spotless. Perhaps a bit pricey but definitely recommended.

Vinimos aquí debido a las críticas positivas y nos quedamos decepcionados. La comida era cara para lo que tienes. Nuestras dos elecciones fueron sosas. El servicio estaba bien, aunque favorecieron a los que conocían sobre los que estábamos aquí por primera vez. No necesitaba una reserva en el almuerzo, que es bueno. La cubierta ($ 8 por persona) incluía pan bueno y crujiente. Vivimos cerca y no planeamos volver, demasiadas otras opciones mejores.

Mi è piaciuto molto!
A due passi dal nostro hotel (Ca’ di Dio) e a 10-15 minuti da piazza San Marco.
Location molto curata e caratteristica.
Ottimo il servizio, professionali, gentili e simpatici.
Ho mangiato antipasti di crudi e linguine con la granseola, entrambi ottimi.
Da bere uno spritz
Come dolci, un semifreddo alla grappa e un sorbetto. Buoni
Prezzi medio - alti ma giusti.
