We'd already been out for dinner and were looking for a wine bar when we came across il Covino. And what can I say, the good reviews don't lie: delicious wines, and according to my wife, the Hugo was also very good. We also had a selection of cheeses and Iberico ham, which were served with warm bread. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. We would come back the next time we're in Rome.

recommended by acquaintances informal place kind staff but not very present well stocked with wines but poor for food apart from moderate platters of conventional cold cuts and cheeses and trio of bruschetta with slightly warmed stale bread, and a bag of bread and white pizza a little dry, price a little excessive but it's okay, as far as I'm concerned I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to those who are used to a different type of aperitif good humus

I can't go to Rome and not go to this place. Wonderful atmosphere, special music selection and then Daniele always present and discreet like the staff. Cutting boards, bruschetta, hummus, tomato sauce/cream, etc. etc. all accompanied by excellent selected wines. I was in the company of friends from Turin very happy with the experience. Thanks to Daniele and all the staff.
