The place is not very large, in the cold season you cannot use the outdoor area and you use the tables inside which are not many so booking is highly recommended. The lady serving is very kind and super helpful. The kitchen is open to view and this is not something for everyone. There were four of us and we were all very satisfied. The dishes are not abundant but they are really good, you can feel the quality of the food and notice the care with which they are made. From appetizer to dessert you will be satisfied. We woke up very happy and sure that we will return to try the outdoor area. The tripe everyone took was superb. The maltagliati with leeks and sausage as well. The raw meat with robiola is a delight. The pumpkin flan with fondue is a delicacy. In short, everything was delicious.
Prices are average. We spent 212 euros for four but we took 4 starters, 3 first courses, 4 second courses, 4 desserts, 3 coffees and 3 bitters, 2 bottles of water and 1 bottle of wine. Absolutely can't complain!!! Congratulations indeed. A place that if you come to Turin you can't miss going to eat

I'm sorry I can't give 5 stars to this place of so much substance and not impeccable form... I'm alone and I'm placed on a steel table covered with a (stained) tablecloth to hide its humble origin... but every time I lean on it I see the bottle that oscillates dangerously, I repeat, it's a shame because the two dishes I ate were not only perfect (veal with tuna sauce and agnolotti) but were also presented very well. The panna cotta is also excellent. It is a place that I recommend if you like a rustic trattoria where you can eat really well without getting too formal

A delicious Piedmontese trattoria with top-quality food, a family-style, no-nonsense service, exceptional wine, bread, mains and desserts, all home-made and delicious. Don't miss the tajarin with porcini mushrooms, but truly everything on the menu looks and tastes delicious. Recommended!

We went on Sunday for lunch, Balon festival, so booking required. Small but delightful restaurant in a courtyard between second-hand shops and plants. A real surprise. Few seats inside, given the mild climate we were able to eat outside and it was really very nice. Typical Piedmontese menu: meat platter but with porcini mushrooms and robiola, cockerel salad with vegetables. Both delicious dishes, followed by tajarin with porcini mushrooms and maltagliati with leeks and sausage. To finish on a sweet note, the Savoy dessert with chocolate zabajone and ladyfingers. We will definitely return because it's worth it.

Closest to perfection I’ve experienced in a while.
every bite and bite was so gentle,delicate and balanced. The food was so accurate and every grain of Salt were thought of.
Simone cooks like a maestro painting. I was delighted to watch him in the kitchen.
he makes the freshest food I’ve eaten, every little thing is prepared on the spot. He let the ingredients talk (not as a cliche) and treat them with great honor and care.
Rosanna’s service is so kind and authentic. She makes you feel like you’ve entered their home. she did everything to make me happy and to fill my desires. You can see they both have huge respect and devotion for their profession and it’s inspiring.
The vitello tonato was incredible and delicious. The lingua was soft and silky, I’ve never ate tongue as a cold cut and it was surprising and spectacular. It came with some parsley pesto I’ve never tasted before, also amazing and interesting. Both were so gentle with a drizzle of olive oil and few grains of salt. Perfect.
I’ve eaten many beef tartare around the world, this one was the best one I’ve had by far. Once again, Simone grinds the tarter per order. the taste of the meat is so clear and pure. the seasoning is minimal and gentle. You don’t need no fat aioli or bread. On top there are fresh porcini that gives perfect dry balance to the meat. A dish to die for.
Rosanna took a beautiful plate out of the plate warmer and Simone poured the steaming hot agnolotti. The dough was cooked to perfection like little pillows, the filling was rich and with tons of umami. The sauce of brown butter and stock felt like savory caramel without sugar and with amazing lightness. You don’t need parmigiano because it’s has such a rich and deep flavor.
It was so delicious and comforting. And Again, balanced,gentle and delicate.
For desert I’ve eaten the panna cotta with lavender cream. It was again, balanced.
The texture of the panna cotta was almost not gelatinous at all. It was soft and creamy.
Strong fresh milk flavor, not too sweet, with beautiful gentle lavender aroma. It was served super cold and was refreshing and a perfect ending for a perfect meal.
It’s amazing to see how much they put in every little detail and make their 100% in every little thing. Even the espresso cup was warmed up. They want to give you perfect experience and for me, it was more then perfect.
I’ve eaten in many Michelin stars restaurants but I enjoyed this meal 10 times more.
I would come back for sure and if you are in Turin, there’s only one place to go to.

I went for the first time with my friend (who brought me since she had already been there), we spent a pleasant evening.
Divine food, warm and familiar atmosphere, very kind and helpful owners.
The menu choices are always different and fresh. Absolutely recommended!
