We were for the first time in this intimate and welcoming place and we must say that we were pleasantly surprised! A few steps from Porta Palazzo, in the heart of the Balon, you will find exquisite Piedmontese dishes and lots of friendliness! A note of thanks to the lady who, in addition to being super nice, is also an incredible salesperson (and someone who works in marketing tells you this)... We will DEFINITELY be back. Keep it up.

An extremely familiar and intimate environment with a service that makes you feel 'at home', the cuisine is a combination of tradition and innovation where the protagonist is the genuine flavour, dishes of substance where you feel what you eat. From the starter to the dessert there wasn't a single thing that didn't work, the first courses and desserts were particularly recommended! As chefs and pastry chefs we can only approve!

22/08/2024: Restaurant with a spectacular quality-price ratio. In my opinion, not to be missed is the baked robiolina with speck, honey and hazelnuts (but it's all delicious, I'd say you always land on your feet whatever you choose). Attentive and extremely kind staff. Super recommendable, in my opinion.

01/08/2024: A unique experience in every respect! Refined environment, a beautiful location! Carefully prepared and refined dishes but at the same time linked to tradition and the territory! Excellent wine list! Highly trained sommelier and dining room staff who pay attention to every detail! Chef Susigan is truly an amazing person! The Michelin star and in particular the green one are well deserved! Highly recommended: we spent an unforgettable evening!
