Una magnifica scoperta. Locale intimo e carino, personale gentilissimo e cibo eccelso. Uovo con fonduta di parmigiano e tagliolini da lode. Consigliatissimo

Very pleasant stay in the heart of the Langhe. Friendly staff, well-furnished room, spacious, comfortable and clean (maybe I would put a coat hanger for coats at the entrance). The 10am checkout time, unfortunately now a trend in many places, is a bit perplexing.

beautiful farmhouse in the Langhe, apartment equipped with everything and kind host. only 2 flaws: - there is no bidet (I deduce for space reasons). - on the morning of check out at 8.30/9.00 the lights in the room suddenly turned on by themselves, probably to "warn" that we had to go out at 10.

Bellissimo locale da cui si gode di una splendida vista. Propone piatti della tradizione, realizzati molto bene e con materie prime eccellenti, oltre ad altri piatti meno comuni. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Prezzi nella media

10/11/2024: Piacevole pranzo con colleghi di lavoro e non. Ottima compagnia, ottima accoglienza e ottimo cibo. Carlo padrone di casa perfetto!
22/10/2024: We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the San Carlo. The hotel is cozy and clean. In the evening we had an outstanding “Tartufo Experience” menu. You can tell how much love and appreciation goes into cooking here. The ingredients were local and fresh, everything was beautifully prepared and served with a top wine recommendation. Paola and Carlo are warm hosts, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands.

06/08/2024: The hotel is a family owned businness that runs very smoothly. Our room was small but practical: it also included a small table, plenty of places where to plug in devices, good lighting and a very apreciated balcony with flowers and a priceless view. Breakfast is good (both sweet and savoury options) and dinner is excellent where you can choose between a menu or a la carte with yummy dishes from the local tradition.
26/07/2024: A great stay at Albergo Edelweiss! We got very good tour recommendations. Our room was clean and with a nice balcony. I had a massage; cudos to the masseur, thank you! The dinner at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Stylish interior, and with a good wine selection and great food. We want to give Arianna and all the staff an extra star ✨ Hope to see you again.
