EXCEPTIONAL PIZZA...
As a nutritionist, I pay extremely close attention to the quality of the ingredients and, above all, the digestibility of the dough. Tonight at Re Cornicione, we had an A+ experience!
We ordered three pizzas, each better than the last, with a wonderful dough, incredibly light and technically flawless in terms of maturation and digestibility.
The toppings are unique:
* **La Pomodorina:** a blend of exceptional tomato flavors, capable of maintaining a unique texture and freshness.
* **La Diavola (bought by my son Ricky):** wonderful. The choice of the highest-quality ingredients stands out, with the spicy salami expertly cut into sticks rather than traditional slices, making every bite infinitely more flavorful.
* **La Re Cornicione (chosen by my husband Daniele):** a Margherita base with buffalo mozzarella and a crust filled with a superb ricotta foam. Something unique and truly exceptional.
The atmosphere is familiar, very clean, well-maintained, and tidy.
An honorable mention goes to the menu, truly splendid, graphically illustrated with pizza drawings to guide you in your choice.
The owners are extremely kind and welcoming.
If you're looking for real substance, quality, and a pizza that won't leave you feeling heavy in the slightest, this is the perfect place off the beaten path.

I ordered five takeout pizzas last night. The staff was friendly and helpful; the ingredients were excellent, and you could feel the care taken in selecting the ingredients. There was some communication issues with the cashier when ordering, as I couldn't make her understand that I wanted a pizza with only vegetables.
Unfortunately, however, the pizzas were too burnt in several places, and in my opinion, this remains a significant flaw, as it affects the overall taste. It's a shame, because the foundation for success is there.

The pizza is delicious: soft dough, quality ingredients, and plenty of it.
It's truly worth it, and the crust filled with ricotta is a must-try.
