Excellent service, the room manager was very friendly and polite. Good quality meats served in an exemplary manner. I highly recommend it to tourists and non-tourists alike.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient location. Talk about a hole in a wall, and I prefer these over any Michelin star options. We started with the stake tartare with truffles, such a delicate combination of perfected flavors. In my opinion, the best way to judge an Italian restaurant is through their Carbonara, and this one doesn’t disappoint, just the right amount of cheese and protein, this pasta was cooked to perfection. The steak was amazing, 60 days aged, prepared rare and with minimal seasoning, one of the best signs of quality meat and cut.

Had the steak and several types of pasta here. Amazing experience because of the atmosphere and the service. Had time to really enjoy our food and I would go again if I could.

My partner and I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant just before Christmas, the place might seem a bit narrow from the outside, however inside it turns out to be spacious with a more than solid distance between one table and another ; furthermore it is possible to see the inside of the kitchen from the table. We had a Fiorentina steak rare, accompanied by baked potatoes, both the meat and the potatoes were exceptional, the first cooked really well, the second seasoned and cooked just as well. We also ordered two desserts, made by them, a tiramisu, light and tasty, and a panna cotta, very good. The staff was professional and kind throughout our dinner. Absolutely recommended place with perhaps low prices for the quality we found in this restaurant.

My husband and I had dinner here one evening at the end of November after booking on the fork. The experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Even though we arrived half an hour early, they made us sit right away, we ate excellent ribollita, octopus with potatoes and octopus croutons, all excellent, accompanied by typical Tuscan bread. The waitresses were very kind. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Very good and helpful service. Excellent wine recommendations to go with the food. The duck ragout Pici pasta was yummy.

Ambiente piacevole ,accoglienza cordiale. Servizio discretamente veloce. Ho gustato un antipasto ed un primo piatto di pasta molto buoni. Ottimo anche il dolce. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo

Sono stata al Corbolino con la mia mamma per una cena durante una mini vacanza a Firenze. Ambiente pulito, cucina a vista. Abbiamo preso un antipasto da condividere due primi e una porzione di patate,solo acqua da bere. Personale molto cordiale e simpatico, veloce (senza mettere fretta per liberare il tavolo, cosa ormai diffusa ovunque che mal tollero)e puntuale nel servizio senza essere invadente. Tutto molto buono davvero, abbiamo fatto male a non tornarci anche la sera successiva. Prezzi assolutamente giusti e in linea con il servizio considerato anche che si tratta di Firenze zona centro. Consiglio vivamente.
