A small restaurant with a local atmosphere and delicious food. Mainly Italians, some tourists. A small, quiet side street. The tables outside are a bit tight and a car can pass 15 cm behind you, but this is normal in Rome.

Amazing restaurant: delicious food, nice personnel, cosy atmosphere. No coperto, clearly a sign of excellent service and very tasty foods. A must try in Rome, you will come back. ♥️

Excellent pizzeria (Roman pizza, low and crunchy) and traditional restaurant in the historic center. Lively atmosphere, quick and friendly service, ideal for a dinner with friends. Good value for money, for supplì, pizza and beer on average around €20 per person.

Six days in Rome and this restaurant has one of the best pasta I've had here!

The best pizza of my life - that’s how my daughter described her meal. For me: the two times we’ve been there have been a blast of calm, natural ambience and of course great Roman food. The menu is long, but the dishes are simple and prepared with love. The place is also friendly on your budget, despite being in quite a touristy spot. Back after 6 months, still a great place to eat in Rome! Can't recommend it enough!

At first I wasn't so sure if this place was going to be good. It was too cold that evening to stay outside (at least for us) and it didn't look like they had their heaters on, so we went indoors. There were two 4-tops (of 2 duces each) open tables at the front and they tried to take us to the backroom (where it would be noisy). However, without much hesitation when we asked to sit at one of the front tables, they offered us our choice of tables and quickly sat us. Not only was the service spot on, but it was also fun. The food, especially the Polpette di melanzane was very good and the prices were reasonable. Good address! It was good, not expensive. No extra to pay. They even offered us Limoncello for the little delay they had. (Not due to them, one person felt unwell). Really good! Lasagna 👍

Considerando la zona molto frequentata, il ristorante il corallo è un pó per tutti, turisti e non. Non si mangia male ma non ho trovato nulla di particolarmente speciale per cui ci ritornerei. Cucina principalmente romana, nella media. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più sono stati i carciofi. Il resto buono ma niente di che. Personale attento e gentile. Prezzi nella media del posto. Insomma, se vi trovate da quelle parti ci può stare ma non pensate di mangiare il meglio della tradizione.

Affacciata con discrezione sulla stretta via dalla quale prende il nome, scegliamo questa trattoria tra le molte dei dintorni. Senza nulla sapere, ci pare diversa dai locali che cercano di attirare i turisti. Forse perché non c'è il "buttadentro" che ti aggredisce per indurre a entrare. Il menu all'esterno è esposto su una lavagnetta con scritte a mano. Piatti tipici senza svolazzi ma con il rigore di una cucina tipica. L'interno è carino, austero e allegro al tempo stesso. Scopriremo poi che ha avuto frequentazioni importanti, da Roger Federer a Sharon Stone. Quel che ci esalta, come sempre dovrebbe essere in una trattoria, è la qualità del cibo. Ottima la materia prima, accurata e profonda la cucina. Servizio attento e cortese, senza smancerie, disponibile e non pressante. In questo favorevole ambiente, s'è mangiato divinamente. Le puntarelle croccanti sono insaporite al punto giusto dalle alici. Il carciofo, depurato del bagno nell'olio che per noi è troppo, si rivela autentico e genuino. La carbonara è sublime, la migliore mai assaporata a Roma, con la cremosità del condimento e la croccantezza del guanciale. La tagliata, cotta a puntino, con il gusto pieno di una carne di qualità, che premia l'impegno della masticazione. Le porzioni sono generose. Non abbiamo spazio per assaggiare altro. Soddisfatti, ci segniamo questo locale. Vale davvero la pena di tornare.
