Loved everything about this place! The setting is so creative. I studied art in collage so I found it really fun when they used real paintbrushes to spread the butter. Maybe it’s just my personal taste, but I felt the pasta was a bit too firm. All the other dishes were delicious, full of clever little details, and most importantly, the design and flavors blended seamlessly together without feeling forced. I had such a happy birthday here. To end the night, the chef even came out to greet everyone and ask about our experience, I really appreciated that!

This is a wonderful restaurant in a secluded location. I arrived about 15 minutes late, but I was relieved to be greeted with a warm smile.
The room was quiet and clean, with a sense of history and dignity, creating a wonderful atmosphere that would be perfect for spending time with a partner, family, or someone special. The staff were also polite, kind, and trustworthy.
The dishes were all refined and impressive. I felt that the chef was highly artistic. He was a highly capable chef, able to bring out the delicate, beautiful, and subtle flavors of Japanese dashi, which I felt was in keeping with the culture of dashi. Each dish seemed to have a story to tell, and every step of the process, from the ingredients to the preparation, cooking, and presentation, was deliberate. The dishes were all memorable, high in quality and artistry. And not only was the food excellent, but the wine was also excellent. The wine list was excellent, and I'm sure the wines were well-stored. I opened a 1970 vintage, which was beautifully elegant and well-balanced. The sommelier was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and very respectable. I included comments about the food with photos. The chef came to say hello at the end, but I don't speak Italian, my English is poor, and I couldn't make good use of the translator... I'm really sorry I wasn't able to converse with him. Thank you so much for the exciting and inspiring food! I look forward to returning from faraway Japan!!

Luca Luca Luca- best service ever!
We didn’t know what to expect when we went in but it did not disappoint. As Americans on our honeymoon we were worried we didn’t know the proper etiquette but Luca helped guide us and the chef- wow wow wow. There was a compliment of the chef I wasn’t going to eat because I don’t eat duck and they took it right back to the kitchen to make the same item my husband was eating with a cheese substitute. Every item was interesting and surprising at every turn- but the traditional pasta dish was anything but, best spaghetti I’ve ever eaten hands down!

Absolutely flawless from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, the kind of attention that makes you feel like the only guests in the room. Every dish was a work of art, both visually and in flavor: perfectly balanced, creative, and showcasing the best of Italian cuisine with a modern touch. Easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had and absolutely worthy of its Michelin star. We’ll be coming back without a doubt.

Il viaggio vale la pena. Ma il bagno sicuramente da rivedere e non all'altezza del locale. Amatriciana rivisitata male male. Apprezzabile che lo chef esca per salutare. Il cameriere non ticorda che tipo di acqua ho scelto e poi porta il dolce della casa, spettacolare, peccato che noi eravamo in due e la porzione era x tre e scuaandosi la riporta indietro. La mia sedia era rotta. Occorre lavorare abbastanza

O restaurante fica perdido numa ruazinha escondida, nenhum super luxo, mas a comida é ESPETACULAR. Fui no menu degustação de 9 pratos e TODOS me surpreenderam e conquistaram. O atendimento é impecável. Quanto aos vinhos, eles são considerados a melhor carta de Roma, a segunda melhor da Itália. Não é barato, mas é um daqueles restaurantes que não podem passar batido. RECOMENDO.

Serata indimenticabile.
Connubio perfetto tra sapori, aromi e colori. Ogni portata della degustazione è stata una esperienza unica, resa indimenticabile dalle attenzioni dello staff: Luca, Giordano e Giacomo ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati durante tutta la serata.
A completamento della splendida cena, Chef Troiani ci ha regolata alcuni aneddoti e curiosità della sua storia culinaria.
