The food is excellent, but the bathrooms are indecent, the water doesn't flow when you flush and they are very small, it's difficult to get in

Enchanting place. Warm and welcoming location. Fresh truffle and also wild boar. To return. Only flaw, difficult to get there.

We spent a wonderful evening here with friends, eating, drinking and chatting in a warm, comfortable and welcoming environment. The food was excellent... we had tagliolini with truffles, Alpine fillet, porcini mushrooms and fried artichokes, dessert; all washed down with two excellent red wines. The staff is very kind and always attentive and helpful. We definitely spent a lot, but given how much we ate and drank, it's okay. The only small flaw, I didn't smell the magical strong and penetrating truffle scent like other times I've been here.

Tutto veramente molto buono ! Una piacevole serata con personale molto attento e puntuale . Piatti tutti molto curati ma sopratutto molto buoni. il locale si vede che ha i suoi anni e potrebbe essere “ripreso “ un po’. Ha un bello spazio all’aperto dove i bambini possono scorrazzare in tranquillità .

Posto incantevole e personale che fa la differenza, ci siamo sentite subito a casa! Per non parlare del cibo.. eccellente! Non è stato un pranzo, ma una splendida esperienza! Torneremo presto con altri amici!

05/11/2024: Every time I return to Volterra, whether it's outside in the summer or inside in the autumn, I make at least one stop. Nice and welcoming place, two tables for several people at the entrance, four for two in the room overlooking the street and others in an internal room. Polite and courteous staff. Sunday 4th (last day before the winter closure, reopening March/April) I ate spaghetti with seafood, grilled sea bass and radicchio in the same way. All very good. Prices are in line with those of other restaurants.
31/10/2024: Excellent, even gluten-free. Friendly staff.

22/12/2024: Italian restaurant, everything is 100% italian style. Pasta, wine, negroni, and service is also typical 😄 But atmosphere and feeling is priceless 🇮🇹🥂🍷🤌🏽

Starting from the appetizers to the desserts, the quality of the ingredients combined with the skill and experience of those who cook them truly makes every single dish on the menu a culinary experience of absolute excellence that you will hardly be able to find elsewhere. Typical Tuscan dishes but not only. For wild boar lovers, with convinced presumption, I say that you cannot taste better in life (confirmed by anyone who has had the pleasure of trying it). A unique guarantee of the city.
