Two years ago, I left a different review because some of the girls weren't very kind when serving. Now that I'm back, most of the staff has changed. Today I went for a snack, there were no seats available. We waited a bit, and then, when some customers left, a lady who arrived later was already taking the free seats. Alessia, whom I asked her name before leaving, was very friendly and kind, separating the tables and calling us because she knew we'd been waiting a while. She was very helpful, cleared the table, and served us right away. She's fast and good at her job, and my husband and I felt very welcome. Thank you so much, Alessia, congratulations. Aside from the service, the pastries and hot drinks here are always delicious. 5 stars, well deserved.

This beautiful pastry shop on Via Borgaro has been a regular stop for years when I'm in the area in the afternoon. Excellent coffee, pastries, macarons, and more. Plus, the place is immaculately kept, and every time there's a holiday (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc.), they always decorate it accordingly. The staff is friendly and always available.

I bought a birthday cake for my husband on Saturday, which we took to a restaurant. It was truly delicious, and everyone complimented us on our choice. I also had a small complaint when we picked it up, but the owner, with great professionalism, resolved it immediately with a smile, which isn't something everyone can do. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect: cakes, croissants, pastries, sandwiches. We've also noticed a marked improvement in the cafeteria. Unfortunately, with your workload, it's not easy to always have the same people taking care of coffee and cappuccino. It's very important to find the same service every morning. The coffee is always made differently. I'm sure they'll find the right balance. This is our humble opinion. Everything else is spectacular. Well done.
