I'll start by saying that I stumbled upon an impromptu evening by chance and they welcomed us even though we arrived very late. Very interesting menu. All really good. Starting from bread to desserts. Particular mention of the grilled second courses. Meat of an extraordinary quality, we ordered several seconds to share to try different things and it was undoubtedly the right choice. Truly stunning sweetbreads, pigeon, rabbit and mallard. Impeccable service and a wine list worthy of the area. Fair account for the quality of the raw materials and the kitchen preparations.

Really positive experience, in this place discovered by chance. Really excellent tasting menu with simple ingredients combined and cooked in a truly exemplary manner. Attentive, friendly and even nice service, at times a little "long" in waiting times, but it's not always a problem... (A round of applause to Stefano who proved to be really kind and ready to solve a small problem regarding the choice of the menu). Simple but at the same time elegant environment. Proportionate price. I really recommend it.

An all-round farmhouse, quality raw materials at zero kilometres. But above all elegance and creativity make this restaurant one of the most exclusive in the Brescia area.

Unfortunately the quality/price ratio has significantly worsened (the quality remains excellent) not even that long ago a first course was around €10/13 now it starts from €18 with peaks at €20. Same thing for second courses (€26/35) In any case, it is always worth the trip if you are willing to spend that extra 10/15 €.

Eravamo in Franciacorta per un aperitivo e, persi nelle chiacchiere generali, si è deciso di rimanere anche per cena. Un veloce sguardo su Tripadvisor e la decisione è caduta su Il Colmetto. Arrivati, siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dall’ambienti e atmosfera. Accolti con eleganza e gentilezza ci siamo accomodati. I piatti proposti offrono un' esperienza sensoriale particolare con abbinamenti sorprendenti e di coinvolgimento generale sempre nuovo. Abbiamo ascoltato il suggerimento di assaggiare due cose, ad oggi mai mangiate, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Qualità degli ingredienti e delle preparazioni, si aggiunge la grande cortesia e la competenza dello staff, preciso ed esauriente nelle descrizioni e prodigo di consigli nella scelta del vino. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Tralasciando la bellezza del posto,non volendo dilungarmi sulla straordinaria bontà e originalità dei piatti,lasciando perdere una carta dei vini ricca e non banale,sorvolando sulla simpatia e preparazione del personale di sala…cosa aggiungere…MEMORABILE…era la prima volta ed è stato amore al primo assaggio. Sinceri complimenti a tutti.
