My second visit was for dinner, and this time for lunch.
Weekday Wednesday lunchtime, rainy day, I went without a reservation. The store was already full of customers. I ordered the business lunch menu (vegetarian). Water and bread, 4 dishes for €25! Quite a good deal. Everything is delicious and there are plenty of vegetables. The orange sauce was exquisitely delicious!
I am so impressed with the fluffy goat cheese butter🤩

The place is quiet and there are no traffic jams!
I will go again!

Truly excellent culinary experience, we tried the tasting and were really very satisfied. Good ideas, well made and very tasty. Homemade bread and vegetable dishes that were appreciated even by those who don't like vegetables. Warm and comfortable environment, friendly staff.
In my opinion there are some serious flaws:
The station menu included the final small pastry which was not brought, not that it was necessary because we were full but as it is displayed on the menu it must be brought despite the late hour.
Another lack of style in a restaurant with high prices and which aims to become a high-class restaurant is to display the cover charge (among other things, very expensive as there are not even tablecloths) and display a price for the dish for those who share the course.
The final slip, however, was the price of the takeaway rose cakes: I paid €10 to Rosa. The price is the same as what they show on the card for the dessert, considering that however it has been put in a small paper bag and they store it there instead and it is served with plenty of homemade ice cream. I trust they are worth the price.
Total for two €65 tasting menus with two glasses of wine and one of Passito: €178.
€70 for seven roses.

Eating like with friends!!!
This organic restaurant is a must visit if you are in the area. We have been there several times and are always pleasantly surprised. The taste of the prepared dishes is far from the mainstream. Super tasty, mostly with grilled flavors. The service cannot be surpassed in terms of friendliness and attentiveness. Just great. Thanks to the entire team. We'll be back.

How beautiful…. A pleasant and surprising evening.
Excellent restaurant, very nice, quiet and spacious. The wine list is interesting, with an excellent choice, the menu is very particular with refined and interesting dishes but still for all tastes.
The staff is pleasant and very polite, excellent non-invasive service, spent the right amount and had an excellent taste experience.
Keep up the good work, I'll definitely be back.

A slightly out of the way restaurant, which is part of the farm with goat breeding and its own cheese dairy. The two sisters run the business. Attentive service staff, unusual but very tasty food combinations, almost exclusively products from our own production, we all had meatless dishes (but they are also available), wines from selected smaller wine producers, reasonable price-performance.

Colmetto is now the place of the heart. I've been to eat at their place several times and they are always perfect! Excellent cuisine, good wine list and impeccable service.

Chiamarlo semplicemente agriturismo è un po limitativo sia per i prezzi che per l'ottimo servizio. Abbiamo cenato fuori e tutto sommato non abbiamo sofferto nè il caldo nè le zanzare (ottima cosa).IL servizio è molto curato attento e i piatti ben presentati .
La cena è stata veramente ottima, piatti semplici ma intriganti realizzate con ottime materie prime a KM zero. Oltre a due ottimi aperitivi abbiamo preso le zucchine ripiene e il capretto chimichurri (mai provato in questa versione ma assolutamente da provare) , ottime le carni (sia la faraona al mattone e il maialino al ginepro) con un ottima carta dei vini.
Prezzi medio alti ma qualità e servizio eccellenti
