We had a great time, perfect cuisine in presentation, taste and quantity. Also pay attention to children with dedicated dishes. Young and very friendly staff. Large outdoor space. A wonderful experience, we recommend it.

Beautiful experience, from the food to the service, everything absolutely impeccable!
I went there with my boyfriend on a Saturday for lunch, we opted for a tasting menu to share. Already starting from the welcome plates you can see the research behind the dishes, some very particular (the liver rocher is something totally unexpected and spot on), while other dishes are for all palates. Abundant doses, the butter whipped in the center of the table is a drug!!! The cocktails are also very good.
In short, everything was good and the service was perfect, not fast, just to savor everything calmly. The guys in the room respond to all curiosities and are very nice, they interact without being intrusive.
Added value: the donkeys!

We booked last minute and, despite the wait, we were found a place. We felt welcomed with kindness, the service was impeccable and the food truly excellent. A real treat was the goat butter: for that alone it's worth booking!

You can taste the quality of the products in every dish. Here, dishes are created from just a few products, all of which taste great. The menu begins with a tour of the vegetable garden, then culminates in fish and meat before ending with a variety of dessert variations. The cuisine relies on an open fire, which means that a smoky component often accompanies the dishes. Always dosed and used deliciously. We are thrilled with this pleasure with a pure good feeling! The front-line service takes exemplary care of the guest and explains details about the dishes. This friendly service is exceptional, so that we will remember it for a long time and we look forward to the next encounter. Congratulations to all of you, thank you very much. We'll be back.

Eravamo in Franciacorta per un aperitivo e, persi nelle chiacchiere generali, si è deciso di rimanere anche per cena. Un veloce sguardo su Tripadvisor e la decisione è caduta su Il Colmetto.
Arrivati, siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dall’ambienti e atmosfera. Accolti con eleganza e gentilezza ci siamo accomodati.
I piatti proposti offrono un' esperienza sensoriale particolare con abbinamenti sorprendenti e di coinvolgimento generale sempre nuovo. Abbiamo ascoltato il suggerimento di assaggiare due cose, ad oggi mai mangiate, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi.
Qualità degli ingredienti e delle preparazioni, si aggiunge la grande cortesia e la competenza dello staff, preciso ed esauriente nelle descrizioni e prodigo di consigli nella scelta del vino.

Tralasciando la bellezza del posto,non volendo dilungarmi sulla straordinaria bontà e originalità dei piatti,lasciando perdere una carta dei vini ricca e non banale,sorvolando sulla simpatia e preparazione del personale di sala…cosa aggiungere…MEMORABILE…era la prima volta ed è stato amore al primo assaggio.
