We chose Colmetto to celebrate our son's Confirmation and First Communion. We had a wonderful time, both with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff and with the culinary selection. Riccardo amazed us with his dishes. High-quality ingredients transformed into an explosion of flavor for our palates. The meat was atomic, melting in our mouths. Thank you!

The place is nice, but it's not a farmhouse. The service was slow, but the food was still very good. The prices aren't those of a farmhouse. In short, it's an (expensive) restaurant hidden behind the name "farmhouse."

I ate very well.
The dishes were carefully presented.
The staff was kind and attentive. The only flaw
I noticed, and it bothered me a little, was that we dined for two. We ordered two tasting menus, and they brought some dishes to the table to share. This completely ruined the presentation, mixing the flavors.
Overall, however, it was excellent.
It's very nice to see that they're all very young.

First time at Colmetto, with high expectations that were only partially met. The ingredients and presentation are top-notch, but the dishes are ultimately very simple, sometimes too simple. The main courses, without sides, are a bit overwhelming. The desserts are excellent, as is the bread and butter at the start, and the location. The service is subpar.

We had such a memorable evening at Il Colmetto! Firstly we were met by the welcoming party- a group of donkeys! Then Riccardo gave us a short tour of the garden and the goat dairy, the products of which we were able to try later. The service from Niccolo and Stefano was perfect and they were so patient with our four kids. We particularly appreciated the kids toilet facilities and outside playground. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The wine paring was superb. Highly recommended and huge thanks to the whole team ♥️🙏

Fantastic dining experience! We were here for a birthday with two families with young children and we all felt taken care of and welcomed. Fantastic food and service, amenities for children (+ the farm animals were a hit), and overall excellent dining experience. Creative cuisine, a true love and appreciation for the farm to table concept. Thanks a lot!

We came to discover this restaurant for lunch. Beautiful dishes and a magnificent wine list. Excellent homemade butter accompanied by focaccia and homemade bread! Top-notch service! Child-friendly restrooms, very much appreciated. We would love to come back to try the tasting menu.
