I think the pictures speak for themselves. The quality of the raw materials is very high and it shows in the final result. The risotto was one of those things you wish would never end. The place is very well-kept, the atmosphere enjoyable.

Colmetto is one of my favorite places where I always love to return. Every dish is perfect, balanced in flavors. The raw materials used are never predictable and are treated in an excellent way. The use of vegetables in their dishes is wonderful. A place that I always recommend to everyone both for the cooking philosophy and for the extraordinary dishes. Well done.
