The best pizza ever.
Beautiful appearance, airy dough, excellent maturation and leavening, carefully prepared, it cuts perfectly and is NOT rubbery, with quality products, both flour and toppings.
Truly the best pizza I've ever eaten.

Everything was delicious: steak, fried porcini mushrooms, creamed lard with garden herbs, desserts. The shop downstairs is very cute; we'll definitely be back when we pass by.

We stopped for lunch on our way off the highway. The dining room is welcoming, bright, and well-furnished. Next door, you can see the wonderful barbecue area. A favorite among meat lovers, with a variety of steaks and cured meats. The appetizers and first courses are excellent, always meat-based. Prices are reasonable.

Incredible place. We ate the best Florentine steak in the last 20 years (and I'm speaking for all of Italy). We're on vacation, and finding places like this in Tuscany is priceless. The waiter was very professional and kind.

Excellent Neapolitan pizza with top-quality ingredients (an unexpected discovery). Excellent selection of traditional dishes, from panini to lampredotto to Florentine steak. They also sell cuts of meat, such as butcher's, cheeses, bread, fruit, vegetables, and wines. We'll definitely be back.

Locale che è sia ristorante, sia pizzeria (separata dal ristorante) sia bottega nella quale acquistare prodotti locali. Una combinazione molto interessante. Peccato che la pizzeria sia completamente 'slegata' dal ristorante e che si possa solo mangiare pizza, senza antipasto o altro (in pratica solo pizza e dolci). Ad ogni modo io ho mangiato una margherita, molto buona e bella.
