Il Colle E In Barberino di mugello

I went to this restaurant for dinner for the first time last night, as I was nearby. Even though we'd called half an hour in advance, they confirmed our reservation for two and asked if we wanted to eat at the restaurant or at the pizzeria. We wanted pizza, so they seated us in the ground-floor dining room. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and it was interesting that the restaurant is also a shop selling local products, including cured meats and wines. The pizza was truly delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and the service was very attentive and friendly. I'd just say the pizzas were a little slower to serve after the appetizers, but nothing major. The pizza chef who came to ask how our evening was going, as well as the two waitresses, were truly kind and friendly. I'd definitely go back, perhaps to try the restaurant menu next time.

We're from Ivrea, near Turin. They took us to "Il Colle," owned by our dear Tuscan friends, and as always when friends from far away come, you choose a place where you're sure to make a good impression. They nailed it!!! Delicious and light potato croquettes! Delicious pizza, where a key difference compared to "average" places is the use of very high-quality ingredients. Excellent service: friendly without being pretentious. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious, especially the meat. Good prices, and a variety of menu options are available. The staff and owners are friendly. Definitely worth a try.

Without praise or infamy, its main advantage is its location right off the A1 motorway. The bill was perhaps a little too expensive for what we ate: €35 for a shared appetizer, a first course each, and a liter of wine on tap... If you want a steak, it's at least €70 per person.

Stopped here for a coffee and a sweet snack. The atmosphere is quaint, a cross between a deli, a bar, and a market. The homemade biscotti are spectacular, and the cakes are generously portioned. I'll be back to try the restaurant's cuisine.

When in Barberino, a must-see is Il Colle: the food, service, hospitality, and surprise guests from San Remo are top-notch. Stop by Il Colle, it's highly recommended!

Right off the Barberino del Mugello highway exit, it's convenient and welcoming. It's huge, and you can find whatever you like. We tried fried appetizers and pizza, all Neapolitan-style. The thick, crispy breaded pasta frittatas were excellent, as were the zeppoline. The pizzas were really good, though the marinara was perhaps a little underdone, but it was good. I tried the pan-fried pizza with escarole and would have ordered another. Recommended, prices are reasonable.

The pizza is excellent, the place is beautiful, the service is excellent, what more do you need to go? The selection of cured meats is vast, the deli is local, everything is in the shop, breakfast, sandwiches, there's nothing missing from it, a truck driver tells you.

A good restaurant where you can eat good meat. Various cuts and types of meat, good side dishes. Average prices. Great location, friendly staff.
