Il Circolo In Mariano comense

I've been coming to the Circolo for years, and I'm pleased that their commitment and dedication are reflected in the quality I've seen improve over time. The restaurant is divided into two parts: one for the evening, with a courtyard and indoor space with a classic pub atmosphere, and another part open exclusively for lunch. I usually go in the evening with friends for burgers or pizza (the latter is truly as good as a Neapolitan pizzeria), or for a late-afternoon aperitivo. Even if you have children, the place allows them to roam freely in the courtyard. For lunch, they open the other part, the "historic" restaurant of the club, with a classic and relaxing interior. The interior is very well-finished and clearly divides the two areas. The food at lunch is really good; they offer a "menù lavoro" (work menu), which I recommend trying because it offers a varied and consistently good menu. I recommend the risottos! (Even though the photos aren't the best, I'm attaching them to the review anyway), I eat better there for lunch than I sometimes do in other restaurants in the evening... The atmosphere is familiar and pleasant.

Excellent value for money, efficient service and very kind staff. Super, really super.

Excellent experience. The staff is young, dynamic, and attentive. The fried gnocco appetizer was excellent; we ordered a portion divided between four as a sampling. Two freshly made perch risottos were excellent! Two Neapolitan-style crust pizzas were also very good. Excellent selection of beers. The tiramisu is highly recommended. The price was excellent for what we ate. We'll definitely be back.

Great place for large groups too

Very nice place, fast service, competent staff, two small flaws, they made a mistake twice in a row with the type of beer and the tagliata was a bit duetta, for the rest everything was excellent.

A lovely place, simple but clean, airy, and not chaotic. The food and craft beers are high-quality and reminiscent of a pub. The staff are professional and friendly. They also serve very quickly. Highly recommended for a lovely, fun, and light-hearted evening.

I had a wonderful meal; the platter of cured meats, cheeses, and fried gnocco and the risotto with porcini mushrooms were truly exceptional. The service was friendly but a bit slow, even on a Saturday night. They hadn't saved my reservation on Google, but they still gave me a table for two. The atmosphere was very nice and well-decorated, and there was even the option of watching Sky channels.

A pleasant discovery, with very large and spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, helpful and professional staff, and very good food. Excellent experience.

This was our first time here and I have to say we were very pleased. We tried the charcuterie board with fried gnocco, which we shared. The platter was very generous, and the charcuterie was truly excellent. For our first course, we tried the porcini mushroom risotto, which was also delicious. For dessert, we had the chocolate salami and a lemon sorbet. The prices were absolutely average. We'll definitely be back to try the pizza and burgers. The atmosphere was truly charming and quaint, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A pleasant place, perfect for an evening with friends. Excellent pizza, with a light, easily digestible dough. Delicious desserts. Convenient parking and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended!
