Un compleanno perfetto.. Innanzi tutto ringrazio la professionalità dello staff (dal Sign.Alfio che è stato sin da subito cordiale disponibile e professionale nel gestire il tutto,complimenti a Lucia che ha eseguito un servizio a dir poco impeccabile ) Inizio a dire che l’aperitivo è stato super abbondante ma non solo , buonissimo.. Antipasto rustico e le portate a seguire non hanno fatto lamentare nessuno dei 100 invitati.. Location Cosa dire? Tanti amici miei di catania sconoscevano il ciliegio dell’Etna e sono impazziti! Io non posso fare altro che ringraziare tutto lo staff per avermi fatto trascorrere un 40’esimo compleanno PERFETTO! Lo consiglio a tutti.. non ve ne pentirete assolutamente! Easter lunch therefore a special day, therefore we are talking about a big feast such as weddings or similar lunches. Nothing tidy and difficult to compare. Excellent location, beautiful place, panoramic view from above, ample parking, very large rooms and lounge with large windows, high ceilings, very bright, very well furnished, well-kept, clean, everything of a high standard. Many courses from starters to desserts, everything and more, for really large stomachs, despite the full house (hundreds of diners) the service was truly top notch for timing, attention, kindness and availability. Even the price of €50 per person including drinks (wines, sparkling wines, waters and soft drinks) is even cheap considering everything. Excellent. Congratulations, highly recommended.

Easter holidays 2025 My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a five-day holiday at the Il Ciliegio dell'Etna farmhouse for the first time. I must admit that the structure was a pleasant discovery. Since our arrival, even if it was late in the evening due to traffic, we were welcomed with great courtesy and helpfulness by the owner Mr. Alfio. Furthermore, from the morning after arrival, the ladies Sabrina and Loretta, in charge of the breakfast service, were always attentive and ready to satisfy our every need. The warm and familiar atmosphere made us feel immediately at home, a true corner of tranquility immersed in the large park of the structure. The farmhouse enjoys a suggestive position, with Etna behind it and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sicilian coast in front. The rooms are welcoming, simply furnished and carefully cleaned. The rich breakfast offers typical homemade products and much more. The restaurant service is also excellent, rigorously managed by the Luca and Lucia staff with great professionalism. The traditional cuisine offers freshly prepared dishes with fresh, local ingredients, with genuine and authentic flavours. Each course tells of the passion for gastronomy and respect for tradition. The outdoor spaces are well-kept, clean and ideal for relaxing, while the possibility of taking walks in the surrounding area makes the experience even more special. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live an authentic experience, characterized by good food and sincere hospitality. Thanks to all the staff for helping to make our stay pleasant and unique.

I got the EXCELLENT carbosicilia pizza. Wonderful place, but I already knew it very well. I have also celebrated a small event and have always been very satisfied.

Siamo stati per un fine settimana in questo bel posto, un bel agriturismo con una bella vista ed ampio parcheggio. Camera un pò datata con tv in pessima posizione , ti veniva il torcicollo dopo 10mn, bagno spazioso e pulito come anche la camera. Buona la colazione sia salato che dolce ma in assoluto la pizza ....buonissima, sul ristorante la valutazione complessiva è la sufficienza in quanto la domenica c'è il menù fisso che noi non amiamo , ottimo il servizio e la disponibilità del personale, nel complesso sicuramente è un bel posto .
