Very beautiful location, it could use a little updating, but the spartan nature is probably intentional. Sometimes it takes very little to embellish and add a few tasteful details while maintaining its spartan nature. Good food. Friendly staff. The place has great potential.

Courteous and efficient service. Sara, very kind and cheerful, provided us with all the explanations we needed. The appetizer was delicious, well-assorted and plentiful, easily enough for two people. We were also completely satisfied with the other dishes we chose; we ordered different dishes, and each of us loved them. The delicious dishes are complemented by a beautiful view, right on the lakeshore, truly enchanting. I recommend this restaurant, which offers a vast menu of seafood, both freshwater and saltwater, as well as delicious pizzas (nice because I didn't try them, I just saw them).

We went for lunch on August 15th. The place was packed; it took 45 minutes just to get the menu, but it was worth it. The first courses were average, the fried fish was good, and the Corregone cheese was excellent. Parking for lunch is free until 4:00 PM.

On a negative note, the service is sometimes very slow.

Piccola struttura ubicata sulla riva del lago nel comune di Grotte di Castro. Arredi spartani, una sala interna ed alcuni tavoli all’aperto che, nella bella stagione, consentono di godere di una splendida vista del lago. Tavoli arredati semplicemente e un menù che,giustamente, vede la prevalenza di pesce di lago e della cucina locale, anche se non mancano piatti con pesce di mare sempre fresco e ben cucinato. Qualche scelta nella lista dei vini. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. In ordine i servizi igienici. Facile il parcheggio negli ampi spazi che circondano il locale.

Consigliato dalla gente del luogo sono venuto a mangiare in riva al lago al chiosco del Lago. Servizio veloce, ottimo i tagliolini al luccio, abbondante l'antipasto misto del chiosco. Primi dai 14 euro in su. Abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto. Qui non si paga il coperto, abbiamo appena apprezzato la disponibilità la cortesia e la velocità nonostante il pranzo della domenica di Pasqua e abbiamo mangiato in riva al lago. Pienamente soddisfatti. Grazie
