If you want to eat good food, well seasoned and plentiful, without paying too much attention to the place, the service, the menu (there isn't one, you eat what they have available at the moment), you are in the right place, pasta and chickpeas on everything, truly a surprise, we will be back

Vengo da anni in questo delizioso paesino, non lo definirei una trattoria ma per me e’ come mangiare tra amici. La signora Anna in cucina fa una pazzesca pasta e ceci con scialatielli freschi una carbonara come una volta e una grande matriciana. Al forno a legna il fratello Fiorentino cuoce bruschette e carne e capretto al fornoed è una persona eccezionale in amicizia e simpatia. Alfredo altro fratello tra i tavoli insieme all instancabile figlio Raffaele .se passate per castelforte fermatevi per un’esperienza unica . Fatemi sapere……

Serata passata in famiglia in un tipica trattoria/cantina di paese. Ambiente familiare. Menù a voce. Il cameriere ci chiede se vogliamo partire con qualche antipastino. Ne arrivano una gran varietà e tutti "casarecci". Si passa ai primi e secondi. Tempi di attesa giusti, porzioni abbondanti, sapori tradizionali di altri tempi. Conclusione con biscotti al vino e cantucci, per l'amaro e limoncello ci vengono portate le bottiglie e bicchierini lasciati direttamente a tavola in modo da poter soddisfare pienamente i propri desideri. Conto molto onesto in relazione alla qualità e quantità di quello che si è mangiato. Da ritornarci per gustare i sapori e l'atmosfera di altri tempi

Evening spent with the family in a typical trattoria/winery in the village. Family atmosphere. Menu by word of mouth. The waiter asks us if we want to start with some appetizers. A great variety arrives and all "homemade". We move on to the first and second courses. The waiting times are right, large portions, traditional flavors of times gone by. Conclusion with wine biscuits and cantucci, for the amaro and limoncello we are brought bottles and glasses left directly at the table so that we can fully satisfy our desires. Very honest bill in relation to the quality and quantity of what we ate. To return to taste the flavors and atmosphere of times gone by

We organized a dinner with friends and we chose this typical restaurant. The appetizer is the classic multi-course one, with beans, potatoes and peppers, ricotta, marzolino, ham, omelette etc. The first course, tasty fettuccine with mushrooms. The second course, a beef steak with salad, perhaps slightly overcooked. A classic trattoria.
