It was my first time and I was very impressed! The food is very good, the prices are reasonable. In addition to the excellent service, it was delicious, a great discovery for me👌🏻

Very good restaurant next to the Trevi Fountain... Nice food and atmosphere... requires a reservation because it is central and has many tourists waiting to be served for a table.

Positive experience: - Nice cozy tables outside - Bottle beer was cold, which is rare in Rome - the pasta seemed good (I didn’t have any but I saw on the other tables) Needs to be improved by the restaurant: - terrible, lazy, slow and rude service - pizza was one of the worst (if not the worst of all) I’ve ever had in life, including the frozen ones from the supermarket

I read great things about this restaurant and was excited to try. We didn’t have a reservation so we patiently hopped in the long line outside with others. While chatting with others, we all got hungry and jokingly agreed we would eat anywhere and anything as long as they took us in. Well 45 min later we watched the host let several people walk in front of the line because ‘they were willing to eat inside’ … the whole line was willing to eat inside. no one informed us that the line was for the outside patio and several folks got very upset. when we got seated inside, there were so many open tables i can’t believe we waited that long. They tucked us in a corner and while the food was pleasant, we were sadly forgotten about. Our server acted like we were an inconvenience to be seated inside her section. I had to ask several times for water and for dirty plates to be removed. We waited a very long time for food and then our mains were brought about about 20min apart. At the end when we went to pay she asked us for a tip and then asked us how much we would tip which was kind of awkward. We were going to tip anyway but didn’t like the exchange about it. The food was decent so I won’t write this place off, but the overall service and experience was bizarre.

Great experience, the initial fear was that it was the classic tourist restaurant, instead it turned out to be an excellent discovery, we had a glass of wine and a fillet with Colonnata lard with roast potatoes. Excellent price for the quality of the tasty and tender meat, cooked to perfection, even the baked potatoes were fresh. Very kind staff and owner and the two Italian waiters also very friendly. We will definitely return to try other dishes.

The pizzas are delicious, the meats are delicious, there is a wide range of Tuscan wines. You should definitely try it. The prices are quite normal compared to most touristic restaurants. The garden offers a comfortable atmosphere.

Good vibes. Good food. Nice when you’re in the touristy area but want a nice restaurant.

É sempre piacevole tornare all'osteria Il Chianti, dove è possibile gustare i piatti e i vini della tradizione toscana. Consigliato.

Une bonne adresse dans un quartier très touristique où l'on ne sait jamais trop à qui se fier ! Bon accueil (réservation faite au préalable). Très bon service, belle carte des vins. J'ai goûté la soupe "pappa al pomodoro", un vrai régal ! Bon rapport qualité-prix.
