On Sunday 9 June, even though the weather wasn't the best, my wife and I decided to spend a day in this place, among green hills and uncontaminated nature. The swimming pool was functional and usable ... we took the opportunity to take our first swim. A fantastic feeling. At lunch time we sat at a table under the porticoes with a panoramic view of Montevergine and they immediately brought us unusual appetizers such as vegetable soups, fried zeppoline, sliced ​​cured meats and local cheeses. For the first course, a surprise: Paccheri with cod, the best of which I haven't eaten even in specialized restaurants. For the second course, two different courses: stew with peas and potatoes and mixed grill. It ends with a delicious dessert, bitters and coffee and a friendly chat with the owners Giancarlo and Stefania. We had a great time, so much so that we were sure we had lunch at a friends house. We will be back soon

Cerreto is one of these places where you can find peace. A truly exceptional farmhouse, excellent food. With 25 euros you can eat quality and in abundance.
