We had been there three times before 'Covid'. We returned and found the flavors of the Monferrato area, faithfulness to tradition with some new touches. Very friendly service. Full wine list. Average prices. We're going back.

Pausa pranzo di lusso sulla strada del rientro a casa. Ambiente rilassante di eleganza piemontese, molto pulito. Purtroppo, dovendo poi guidare, ho preso solo dei deliziosi agnolotti in brodo e capesante con crema di castagne. Il resto del menù è molto desiderabile.

From the photographs on their website I thought I would go and taste the "mixed boiled meat" but.... Just a sautéed slice of blancmange. Good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is rather sparse. I recommend writing that boiled meat is not served, personally I would have avoided traveling so many kilometers for nothing...

What can I say, a very positive experience, ate really well with local food (which is already a guarantee). Menu with slightly limited choice but it can be an advantage, few dishes offered but with great care in preparation. Perfect service, courtesy and discretion excel. Correct price. Definitely an experience to be repeated very soon.

Ristorante che non conoscevo, invitato da amici una scoperta eccellente. Locale molto ben curato; menù interessante ovviamente in questo periodo caratterizzato dai prodotti autunnali (funghi e tartufi). Ottimi gli agnolotti e un eccellente bollito. Carta dei vini interessante. Servizio cordiale e preciso. Ritornero'.

10/02/2025: Allerede før vi rakk frem til inngangsdøra, så åpnet en blid servitør og ønsket oss velkommen, varmet godt en kald februar kveld. Inne var bordene dekket med hvite duker og alt var klart for en fin kveld. Og det ble det til gangs. Driverne av stedet kom bort til bordet og hilste på oss og fortalte om stedet. Etter nydelige forretter, begav vi oss ut i en opplevelse av et måltid, bagna cauda, en piemontesisk spesialitet. Vinen som ble anbefalt matched godt og var helt super. Stedet, menneskene, maten, vinen og atmosfæren - helt fabelaktig :)
30/01/2025: Excellent service!!!!! We had some truffles from truffle hunting and they kindly washed them for us to eat. Food was amazing. Great experience. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
