A good restaurant with outdoor seating. The agnolotti are delicious, and the roast beef is excellent. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The interior is elegant. The prices are average for a good restaurant, and they are clearly displayed at the entrance. Recommended.

Elegant and quality restaurant.

The waitress was courteous and helpful. The wait was short. They offered us a very good appetizer. We ate well, and the place is quite intimate, although being on the street means you can get some cars passing by. When we went, however, there wasn't much traffic.

We visited Ristorante Centrale in Moncalvo during the height of white truffle season, and it was a memorable experience. The restaurant is welcoming, elegant but not overly so, perfectly nestled in the Piedmont hills. We ordered several white truffle dishes and were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the absolute respect for the star of the season: each course showcased the truffle without overpowering its aroma, allowing its aromas and flavors to shine through. The service was professional, attentive but never intrusive, with staff knowledgeable about the dishes and ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a high-quality lunch or dinner during truffle season. It's a local favorite.

We were here Saturday night June 21st. There was a very strong storm so we showed up 45 minutes early. The owner was super nice. She handled the evening full of difficulties (no electricity, water coming in from a window) with great professionalism and kindness. Also my husband has a food intolerance and here too, managed perfectly. We had a wonderful evening and thank you!

High quality food especially raw meat and boiled meat but everything of excellent quality
