Welcoming and very clean place, very kind and super professional staff, exceptional land and sea cuisine, impeccable service, excellent choice of special wines 🍷🥂 and delicious homemade desserts, in the center of old Caorle, makes it one of the most refined for me, everything is perfect, highly recommended

After going there a couple of times with locals, I decided to return with my friends, telling them about my pleasant experience at this restaurant. A dinner that was avoidable and a total disappointment! Aside from the food, which is unremarkable in terms of quality—good but nothing fancy or unheard of—and the prices, which are in line with what the city of Caorle has to offer, what left a bitter taste in my mouth was the service and the organization of the dinner: we were treated haughtily, annoyed, and unhelpful, perhaps due to our young age (21/23). Some of us ordered an appetizer and main course, some a first course and main course, and some just one course: waiting an hour for your fried food and watching everyone else eat first is unacceptable, especially after asking the waiter if it was possible to bring the first/main courses with those who had ordered the appetizer so we could all eat something together. Not to mention the rude and annoyed response the waiter gave my friend when he told him he was allergic to certain foods and to ALSO avoid contamination! I definitely won't be returning, not recommended.

We all have our favorite dishes: one of mine is pasta allo scoglio. Well, if you want to try something memorable, try the one at Centrale! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, great service and amazing food

Excellent food and great people, both the owners and the service. Over a couple of evenings, we tried several dishes: raw and cooked appetizers, spaghetti with clams, and grilled fish. I loved the grilled appetizer. Everything was special. Well done.

We had excellent fish, they served us even though it was already past 2 pm, perfect service, pleasant atmosphere, we ate on the veranda. Not cheap (a first course, a second course, two side dishes and two coffees + two bottles of water) we spent €80.

Perfect service, delicious food and wine. Beautiful surroundings. Everything at a high level, even if you pay a little extra, it's definitely worth it. I recommend it to everyone, even with children.

Non ci andavo da diversi anni, mo ho voluto riprovare, dopo diversi cambi di gestione e devo dire che sono uscito soddisfatto: buono il tradizionale "saor" e frittura di calamari leggerissima, buona la cantina e prezzo onesto: credo ci ritornerò. Roberto55
