Il Centrale In Caorle

We celebrated the birthday here and everything was perfect! We didn’t wait long, pasta is amazing, tiramisu, prosecco is delicious! But the best thing here is staff! All staff was very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Good fish restaurant, centrally located

This week my mother and I had the pleasure of dining at the Il Centrale restaurant, located in the heart of Caorle. The experience was extremely positive from every point of view, so much so that it deserves a special mention. We started with a raw fish appetizer, followed by grilled cuttlefish for the second course. Both dishes turned out to be excellent: very fresh raw materials, delicate but well-defined flavors, and evident care in the preparation. To complete the dinner, we chose a still Ribolla, truly excellent and perfectly paired with the dishes. The service was impeccable to say the least: our waiter was very kind and attentive, always present with discretion, and made us feel pampered from start to finish. A welcome that really makes the difference and leaves its mark. The environment also deserves a mention of merit: tastefully furnished, original and with attention to detail, it manages to create a warm and elegant atmosphere at the same time. As for the prices, we found them completely adequate for the quality of the fish and the overall level of service and location. In short, Il Centrale is a restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend to those who want to enjoy a quality gastronomic experience in Caorle, in a refined environment and with a service that lives up to expectations!

Non ci andavo da diversi anni, mo ho voluto riprovare, dopo diversi cambi di gestione e devo dire che sono uscito soddisfatto: buono il tradizionale "saor" e frittura di calamari leggerissima, buona la cantina e prezzo onesto: credo ci ritornerò. Roberto55
