Locale elegante e sfarzoso, dotato di parcheggio, gestito a conduzione familiare. Menu ricco di pietanze della tradizione romana e, volendo, anche pizza. Come primo piatto ho smezzato gnocchetti di patate con guanciale e carciofi fritti croccanti e anche conditi con ragù rosso. A seguire ho preso un pollo alla cacciatora e ho assaggiato straccetti ai funghi. Tutto buonissimo.

Pizza buona; tiramisù non ci siamo. Le pizze vanno dalla margherita 10 EUR alla gorgonzola e radicchio 13 . La più cara 14. Supplì 2 euro. Birre medie 5 piccola 3. Ambiente ok. Servizio ok. Parcheggio ok. Un po' caro ma a Grottaferrata sono così. Meglio qui che all Antica Fontana ...

Lovely place and perfect service.

The kindness and friendliness of the managers and waiters at the Cavallino, a pleasant place on the road to the castles, make you overlook some uncertainty about the kitchen, which was probably very busy (on the Sunday we went for lunch) at a wedding and perhaps for this reason not at the top for occasional customers. However, there are the conditions for eating well, the starters are excellent (above all focaccia with ham and figs), the first courses are very good (tagliatelle with mushrooms). The steak, not first cut, was a little tough and, realizing this, the owner did not include it in the bill, demonstrating good faith and honesty. Culinary details that will not prevent us from returning to this little paradise to enjoy other excellent dishes. Book!

We spent a pleasant evening for a family occasion. Beautiful location with the possibility of large outdoor spaces. Well-seasoned pizza but the dough is not very chewy for my taste, it needs improvement. I congratulate the waiters for their service.
