I had dinner at the Il Cavaliere restaurant with a couple of historic friends on a mid-week evening. The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Palazzolo and has a fairly large car park. It is a high level restaurant, prices are not low but more than justified by the quality of the food. I ate an appetizer of artichokes and prawns and as a second course I had a sliced ​​steak with a side of fried artichokes. My friends, on the other hand, tasted one of the best risottos and porcini mushrooms of my life. The desserts are also good. Definitely a restaurant suitable for making a good impression on important occasions.
