Restaurant in the historic center of Urbino, in front of the Palazzo Ducale. We had dinner in a beautiful garden surrounded by greenery with tables carefully set. Friendly welcome and kindness from the owner and staff. We enjoyed excellent dishes and delicious desserts. Recommended.

Ho cenato presso questo hotel in compagnia di mia moglie, nostra figlia e la nostra cagnolina di piccola taglia. Il locale si trova nel bel centro storico di Urbino. L'ho trovato molto elegante e ben arredato, il personale è stato gentilissimo. Abbiamo preso un antipasto costituito dal tagliere di formaggi, molto buoni. Abbiamo poi optato per 3 primi differenti, tutti molto buoni, tortelli di carne ai porcini, passatelli al tartufo e pappardella al ragù di capriolo, accompagnati da 2 calici di vino rosso. Come dessert una deliziosa caprese. Il conto di 80 euro in linea con il cibo e con il posto. Il voto complessivo si collocherebbe tra le 4 e le 5 stelle, propendo per quest'ultimo anche per la gentilezza del personale, a cui avevo chiesto di portare il dessert con le candeline per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie. I had lunch here with my wife, and as far as the dishes are concerned, everything was almost perfect: portions, taste, choice of raw materials and even a certain seasonality of the menu. It's a shame about the service, especially in relation to the price paid: quite slow, disorganized and imprecise (they brought me the water first and after some time the menus, including the wine list without pages; furthermore, they got the order wrong and I was left watching my wife eating; I saw waiters wandering around the tables with plates in their hands without knowing where to go). I don't know if I would go back...

Good food. Right portion. The service is a sore point. The staff were certainly friendly, it's a shame to see them walking around for 5 minutes with the dishes in their hands without knowing who to give them to. We had asked for a bottle of wine and the appetizers arrived because we had to remember our request. Rosé wine arrived hot and the glasses were also forgotten. I'll stop here because there is more to say about the service. If it weren't for the cuisine it would really be to be avoided.

Elegant and private environment, we had dinner in a delicious and simple secluded room... the waitresses were very kind and were able to give us the best advice on wines and second courses! The grilled casciotta d'Urbino with crostone was truly excellent as was the beef cheek and the sliced ​​meat! Homemade desserts!! Everything perfect! Normal prices and very satisfying portions...
