I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and the experience was extremely satisfying. The quality of the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and courteous. COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF, EVERYTHING EXCELLENT.

We have been going to this restaurant for years and have never experienced the slightest disappointment. Everything is always perfect. And then the trout fillet, what a treat, and all the other dishes as well.

Unfortunately, the menu and prices aren't accurate. In fact, the prices are double those on the menu published on the website because they've retained the prices from eight years ago. In my opinion, this isn't fair, and it would be appropriate to update the prices, as customers could make incorrect assessments.

Found ourselves in front of the Chicago Jazz symphonic orchestra, so you can get much better than that for atmosphere. Overall a good meal. Antipasto was a bit limited, would have liked to see a few more traditional abruzzo dishes. A good range of prima and main dishes, especially if you like fresh water fish such as trout. The steak was cooked to perfection, so well done.

26/09/2025: We found this inn by chance, looking for a convenient place to stay for visiting Campo Imperatore and the Gran Sasso by motorcycle. Upon arrival, my wife and I were a little disappointed when we saw the place from the outside, but we dropped off our bags and set off. When we returned that evening, we found a simple but beautifully renovated room. The welcome was excellent, the room with bathroom was clean and very tidy, and the bathroom was perfect. The dinner, what can I say? Wonderful, with excellent house wine. I definitely recommend it.
15/09/2025: Great rooms at a very affordable price with friendly staff. Close to l’aquila and not far from campo imperatore

03/03/2026: Very kind staff: I tried to order via Just Eat but the app had some problems, and I solved it quickly by placing the order directly via phone. Good margherita pizza, fried food too (a nice choice).
04/02/2026: This is my first time trying La Capannina's cuisine, ordering delivery, and it was truly a feast for the eyes and the palate, both eyes and taste buds fully satisfied. I ordered a large platter, which was truly generous, a spectacle of colors and flavors, from the fried pizza to the cheese and egg balls, stracciata, and spectacular bruschetta. But first and foremost is the "Capannina" appetizer. It's beyond description, it's simply a must-try. Everything is truly exquisite, highly recommended.
