Good evening. I'm sorry to have just noticed that we haven't posted a review of your spa. We were your guests in November 2025. We enjoyed the two hours of absolutely relaxing time in the spa. The place is well-kept and clean. We also had a couples massage and beauty treatment and were very comfortable and pampered. A special thanks to (I seem to remember) Rebecca, although I unfortunately don't remember the name of the other staff member. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. The reception staff were also very kind. We will definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip in 2025 and I have to say it’s the best in the area. My deluxe suite with Jacuzzi was fantastic – a perfect place to relax after work.
The restaurant serves amazing Italian pizza, and the staff made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The rooms and relaxation areas have been beautifully renovated. The restaurant is still a bit dated, but the food and pizzas are excellent. The wines are top-notch.
The only downside is the prices, which I think, are a bit high.

I went to the hotel to enjoy a day of relaxation and wellness at the spa area; the result? Far exceeded my expectations; the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities provided total relaxation and well-being guaranteed. After the wellness experience, I had lunch at the same establishment, and the congratulations were soon there too.

An excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the facility was clean. We had dinner (the evening featured live music) and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel's strong points are the two-story underground parking lot, easily accessible via the elevator that takes you directly to the rooms, and the spa and gym (services I didn't use, but they're available).
I definitely recommend it.

Nice location but a bit dated, in need of renovation. The staff were very friendly, the wellness area was very nice and welcoming, the sauna area small but very nice, and the girls Daniela and Angelica were really kind and professional.
We had a delicious pizza; the only flaw was breakfast, the scrambled eggs were cold.
All in all, it was fine for one night.

Dated hotel. The cleaners are very diligent; the rooms are dated but very clean. Three stars only because the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and tries to raise the bar for this hotel, which should have a maximum of two stars, not four like it had thirty years ago.
