Abbiamo alloggiato diverse volte in questa Struttura ogni volta una scoperta ,le stanze sono molto belle e curate inoltre si può usufruire della jacuzzi in camera, noi abbiamo provato anche la cucina con il servizio in camera veramente top 🔝 consiglio vivamente per un weekend romantico con la propria metà, la stanza Parigi è un sogno, la japan spettacolare, Venezia blu molto elegante Ritorneremo volentieri!!! Bravissimo il ragazzo alla reception molto educato e disponibile!!!

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno 2024/25 presso il Castelletto. Ambiente elegante e cordiale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Menù gourmet con pesce e carne. Veglione di Capodanno con musica dal vivo e buon Vino. Assolutamente da provare anche la pizza servita nel buffet di benvenuto e molto buona. Il titolare una persona davvero squisita e genuina. Ci torneremo presto. Grazie a tutto lo staff del Castelletto. Ti fanno sentire in FAMIGLIA.

we came a couple of days ago for the first time and I must say the room was truly wonderful and very spacious, we chose the Arabian Nights themed room, we will definitely return because the price is really worth it, very abundant breakfast regarding the sweet breakfast, while the savory one was slightly poor with only boiled eggs, cheese and 2 cold cuts

Good morning! From our Ukrainian group we would like to say words of gratitude to all the employees of the Hotel and of course to the director who organized such a beautiful team! We are infinitely grateful to all the hotel services employees for their courtesy, kindness, friendliness and understanding and desire to lend a hand to all of us, for their professionalism! We chose this hotel for our wedding night, having gotten married in Zibido San Giacomo, and to prepare before the ceremony. Our opinions on this hotel are mixed. Certainly very original and large rooms, the suites also have a hydromassage tub which we didn't try but which was attractive. The breakfast in the morning was also absolutely satisfying. Too bad about other things, some small, some not. The worst was definitely the wrong date. Oh yeah.. we got married on 5/10 and had booked the rooms for that day + night. Talked over and over about October, about a particular room we wanted and its unavailability. We therefore settled on another one, not as large as the other but acceptable. A few days before the wedding my wedding planner realizes that the signed contract said 5/11. NOVEMBER 5, not October. It's certainly our fault for not paying attention, but was whoever drew up the contract the first time asleep? How do you write 11 when talking about October? Obviously the wedding planner calls immediately and guess what? The room I requested was no longer available. So we had to fall back on yet another one. And in all of this they didn't even give us a euro discount. Because true, our fault for not realizing it, but also your fault for not knowing what number the month of October is. Finally, 5/10 (October) arrives and I go into my room to get ready. It was 27 degrees INSIDE the room. The noise of the air conditioning was there but it wasn't the slightest bit cold. Now imagine a bride who has to do her makeup and dress as she does with 27 degrees in the room. My father goes to ask at reception but is told that only they can activate it remotely (oh well) and that they would turn it on at the lowest temperature they could. Result? Nobody. Absurdly hot and we had to open the window and door to let me breathe. Conclusion? I wouldn't stay here again and would never recommend it, but under other circumstances perhaps it could have been better.
