20/12/2024: "Stronzissima", this pastry shop should have been called. Yes, because rudeness during service is the rule. My memories go back at least 15 years to today and never a kind word spoken to me as a customer. I don't often go to this pastry shop for this very reason. Never a good morning or a good evening, it's a big deal if they don't give you the product. Yesterday, my partner in line at the checkout was told "What are you supposed to do?": but he's not his cousin! Every time I leave there I feel nervous and I promise myself never to set foot there again. Then, every now and then they make the mistake again, because the desserts are good anyway, the cream is the best and also the pastry dough. However, I recently ordered a tiramisu, very good, but... it wasn't a tiramisu. Chantilly instead of mascarpone, something alcoholic in the sponge cake... in the sponge cake, in a tiramisu: are you a baker? Here it said pastry shop. For goodness sake, I had been warned about the cream, but not about the sponge cake. On the other hand, the meringue used as decoration was amazing! Cost for a 4 cake: 20 euros... on the phone they told me about 15. I can understand a small variation, but 5 euros difference is a lot. In short, quality yes, but they do as they please, both in production and in service.
