We were welcomed by two extraordinary sisters: welcoming, professional and really nice. We were immediately struck by the care and precision with which they told us about the menu, transmitting passion and sincere attention to the customer's needs. All the restaurant staff also proved to be attentive, courteous and always available, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. Already from Daila's words we were ready to live a special experience... but when we tasted the tartare and the selected fine cut of meat, we realized we had arrived in paradise☺️Excellent quality, impeccable workmanship and simply perfect cooking! Together with a friend, I decided to try a new place in a different neighborhood (this time we are in the center of Rho) to eat high-quality carnazza. The owner, together with other members of the staff (essentially a family and friendly management) after explaining to us that she inherited the profession from her father, goes on to illustrate the vast range of products she has available and in the end we opt for a platter of house cured meats for 25 euros, accompanied by fried gnocchi and a glass of prosecco which we appreciated and consumed without a hit. The best part came when we chose the cut of meat, considering that there were so many variations and in the end we trusted the owner, leaning towards the New Zealand cut of at least 1.5 kg. Despite the quantities and doubts expressed, the undersigned, as always, finished his dish with satisfaction and together with the always welcome baked and fried potatoes (very good). I liked the meat even if it wasn't the most sublime cut I've ever eaten and considering the price of 12 euros / 100g, the ratio turned out to be expensive and not exactly flawless. Having said that, good things come at a price even if up to a certain point it must be recognized that the place is worth it and the manager of the place, together with his staff, knows what he is doing, so if you know and love the sector it is still a place worth trying. Competent, attentive to the customer, eloquent and friendly!

Stunning to say the least. I admit that I haven't eaten meat for many years but tonight I changed my mind...If I have to give in here it's worth it and Daila the owner is wonderful, love.
