Swimming pool and poolside really nice, clean and functional. Good bar restaurant with adequate prices. Very kind staff.

I went just last August with my husband to spend a day at the pool with lunch (fixed menu). Location truly cared for in every detail with a spectacular view of the Sibillini mountains, a truly beautiful and refined structure with bar/restaurant, umbrellas and sunbeds where you can enjoy a bit of sun without that annoying summer heat. Lunch was good and well organized even for those with special needs (children, vegetarians and expectant mothers). Particular praise, however, goes to all the staff... That day, after lunch there was a violent and frightening downpour that lasted more than two hours: we guests, all stuck under a pergola, were carefully accompanied to a other safer area and "spoiled" until we were able to leave the facility. Really TOP guys, nice and helpful! The only flaw: the swimming pool is a bit small but certainly a place I would happily return to!

Small but well-kept pool. Very easy going staff. Furnishings not well cared for, to be reviewed. Prices in line but a little otherwise wonderful view.

23/09/2024: Tutto ottimo, arrosticini buonissimi e soprattutto prezzi da osteria, se vuoi mangiare solo l'antipasto puoi farlo perché è abbondante , il vino anche sfuso e gli immancabili dolcetti della casa .

22/01/2025: I was here a while ago, and forgot to leave a review. A pearl of how there are no more: places like this, as well as being a rarity, are slowly disappearing. The lady works in the kitchen almost completely alone, with a boy as a waiter. At the end of the meal she told us about the shopping she does: she gets up early in the morning and goes shopping at her local suppliers. And you can feel it: we had a starter, first course, second course and dessert, spending the right amount (what you spend on low-quality all-you-can-eat restaurants). Everything is processed by the lady, Ascolana olives, fried foods and pasta. The wine was excellent. So I ask myself: why is McDonald's full and places like this empty? Places where those who are in the kitchen are there with love and passion, traits that really make you eat unique things. Go there
03/01/2025: Cibo genuino: pasta ripiena e gnocchi fatti in casa, carni succulente, cucina semplice e sapori di un tempo, senza sofisticazioni. Prezzi onestissimi. Vale la pena cenare in questa osteria dopo una bella passeggiata nel caratteristico borgo di Acquaviva Picena picena.
