Ottima pizzeria con dei camerieri che ci hanno saputi accogliere molto bene , specialmente il ragazzo quello alto che ci ha proposto degli antipasti tradizionali della Sicilia.

Abbiamo passato una splendida serata ad Erice, il locale è dotato di posti all’aperto e la pizza è veramente ottima. Un particolare ringraziamento va a Maicol che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, illustrandoci la lavorazione e la preparazione della pizza rendendoci ancor più consapevoli dell’attenzione e della qualità che il casale ericino profonde alle materie prime.

Impasto pizza rustico con farina rimacinata dalla consistenza tenace al morso ma molto gustoso. Il tutto accompagnato da materie prime di ottima qualità. Personale competente e gentile.
