What can I say, last night was a truly divine experience! Driven by the knowledge of Ciccio, the maitre d', we booked for 2. We totally relied on Francesco who advised us and pampered us with the amazing dishes, which, together with his kindness and smile, made us spend a truly TOP evening

If you find yourself on the outskirts of Etna, I recommend Casale del Notaio, a wonderful location, managed by attentive, helpful and decidedly organized staff so as not to disappoint the customer, welcoming them and serving them in the best possible way. Extremely clean and equipped structure to satisfy all types of guests, young couples, groups, professionals for meetings of all kinds, business lunches and/or dinners, meetings, banquets, in short, ready for anything! Not to mention the delicious traditional and new dishes created by the ingenious and legendary Cristina who tries to satisfy every desire without neglecting the children! There are rooms for those who love privacy and common rooms, surrounded by a delightful and ancient millstone. There is no shortage of outdoor spaces with a wonderful view and where children can find vent. It's not the first time I've gone, loving good food and being, as they say, a good eater, I highly recommend it also because believe me, as you travel around a lot, it's not easy, on a day like today and that is Easter Monday, to find a huge location, with more than 500 seats, with attentive and fast service, with well-educated and kind staff without sin in any way! I will forget something but I think I have outlined the salient points for those who want to spend a delightful day in excellent company and above all with the possibility of being able to delight every palate!!
