We booked with a well-known service to get a discount. The restaurant is located at the intersection of two major roads that lead to the main towns in the Viterbo area.
The restaurant has the look of a classic fraschetta, so it's quite rustic. I liked it.
The service is attentive and quick.
The problem is the prices.
The appetizers are okay. €16 for a platter is fine, but a pasta dish is €15.
And a main course is €18.
Perhaps it's not a fair price.
For the rest, it's okay.

I went for lunch on Ferragosto (August 15th) and I highly recommend this place.
Excellent cuisine, helpful and polite staff, quick service, and excellent value.
I recommend the cheek with caramelized onions and rabbit Viterbo-style...outstanding.

I had dinner at Casale dei Buoni Sapori this evening. It was my first time there. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the price was fair. I recommend it to everyone. It was a great experience.

We had lunch today with children and parents, at a lovely outdoor table. We had agreed on the menu in advance, and the owner was truly kind, as was the staff who welcomed us and looked after us throughout the meal. We ate from appetizer to dessert, each course better than the last, all accompanied by the friendly waiters. The appetizers were delicious, appetizing, and fresh, the first courses were excellent, but the second course (veal breast baked in the oven with potatoes) was incredibly delicious. I really hope to return soon.
A special thanks to all the staff; when they work with dedication and passion, the customer can only have a delightful experience.

Mi sono fermato per caso, durante un viaggio in macchina, alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare. È stata una scoperta meravigliosa!
Abbiamo pranzato all’aperto, sotto un piacevole sole, in un’atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, il cibo è di ottima qualità e la cucina ha quel sapore autentico che mi ha ricordato i pranzi a casa di mia nonna.
Ho assaggiato dei bocconcini di vitella con funghi porcini, tenerissimi e saporiti, mentre la mia compagna ha scelto gli strozzapreti alla norma, rivisitati con la scamorza al posto della ricotta salata: una variante davvero azzeccata.
Tutto era buonissimo, i prezzi onesti e il servizio dei ragazzi è stato impeccabile: gentili, sorridenti e molto disponibili.
