Found by chance and immediately greeted by fast and friendly service, it's always best to book.
The food is traditional and very good, and the service is quite fast (obviously, it always depends on how busy the place is).
We spent 30 euros each. Money well spent.

Very nice and welcoming place. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every customer's need. The food is excellent, you feel right at home! I give it 5 stars, but it's worth more. We'll definitely be back!

I was cycling between Viterbo and Rome and, passing through, I stopped here. I had focaccia with mortadella then coffee and croissant. The welcome was excellent and the quality of the food was exceptional. Well done!

I loved them right away. Very kind, I would say affable, and at the same time professional. They sold me very good things, a delight for the palate, including pork sausages, wild boar sausages and typical local pecorino cheese. Thanks, guys. See you next time on my motorbike, in your area. 😉🥰

I happened by chance passing by via nepesina and stopped for lunch. Cutting board with mozzarella, carbonara and beans with pork rinds, delicious. Average price and generous portions. Highly recommended. Very nice place inside a cave.

We chose Casale dei Buoni Sapori for a family lunch where we celebrated a birthday! We left with a big smile both for the dishes offered on the menu and for the friendliness of Alessandro, the owner, who was very attentive to our every need.
You will find local dishes (it's a pleasure!) and you also have a wide choice of courses including appetizers, first courses and second courses.
I'll be back on Sunday!

Mi sono fermato per caso, durante un viaggio in macchina, alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare. È stata una scoperta meravigliosa!
Abbiamo pranzato all’aperto, sotto un piacevole sole, in un’atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, il cibo è di ottima qualità e la cucina ha quel sapore autentico che mi ha ricordato i pranzi a casa di mia nonna.
Ho assaggiato dei bocconcini di vitella con funghi porcini, tenerissimi e saporiti, mentre la mia compagna ha scelto gli strozzapreti alla norma, rivisitati con la scamorza al posto della ricotta salata: una variante davvero azzeccata.
Tutto era buonissimo, i prezzi onesti e il servizio dei ragazzi è stato impeccabile: gentili, sorridenti e molto disponibili.
