Excellent food: I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant/trattoria for a few years, and my expectations were fully met.
The first courses, in particular, were delicious, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful (pappardelle with wild boar and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms).
I'll be back!

On our way home from vacation, we came across this welcoming Casale, where you can also have lunch outside, even without being in the restaurant. They offer tray service where you can choose what you want, and a wide selection! The meat and grilled vegetables are excellent, but you can indulge yourself with pasta dishes, cheeses, cured meats, desserts, and best of all, they give you the portions you choose. If we ever pass by again, we'll definitely stop by. The staff is all very friendly.

Authentic food, very well cooked, simple yet flavorful. The pappardelle with wild boar was delicious, and the veal alla fornique was amazing! The potato side dishes were excellent, especially the sautéed chicory!
The service, courtesy of the girls, was kind and friendly.
The price was very fair, especially considering the portions (the meat was generous) and the delicious coffee!
What a discovery, well done, we'll be back soon!

We stumbled upon Casale dei Buoni Sapori by chance, and our first impression, which was more than positive, was confirmed throughout the evening.
The staff were kind and welcoming, the food excellent, with generous and authentic portions, and excellent value. It was wonderful to find the items we sampled during dinner at the food counter, and to be able to purchase them as we pleased. A special mention for the artichokes, delicious—we stocked up on them!

A truly excellent discovery.
The best pappardelle with wild boar I've ever had, and the appetizers were also very good.
The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming.
The service is fast and homely.
The staff is extremely friendly.

Casale dei Buoni Sapori is the classic place that makes you feel at home, but with that extra touch that makes every dish special. Its rustic and refined atmosphere is perfect for those seeking authentic, flavorful cuisine.
The dishes are generous and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Spectacular grilled meats, traditionally prepared pasta dishes, and mouth-watering desserts. Excellent wine selection.
Excellent value for money, friendly and welcoming staff.
A place that truly deserves its name. Highly recommended!

We booked with a well-known service to get a discount. The restaurant is located at the intersection of two major roads that lead to the main towns in the Viterbo area.
The restaurant has the look of a classic fraschetta, so it's quite rustic. I liked it.
The service is attentive and quick.
The problem is the prices.
The appetizers are okay. €16 for a platter is fine, but a pasta dish is €15.
And a main course is €18.
Perhaps it's not a fair price.
For the rest, it's okay.

Mi sono fermato per caso, durante un viaggio in macchina, alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare. È stata una scoperta meravigliosa!
Abbiamo pranzato all’aperto, sotto un piacevole sole, in un’atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, il cibo è di ottima qualità e la cucina ha quel sapore autentico che mi ha ricordato i pranzi a casa di mia nonna.
Ho assaggiato dei bocconcini di vitella con funghi porcini, tenerissimi e saporiti, mentre la mia compagna ha scelto gli strozzapreti alla norma, rivisitati con la scamorza al posto della ricotta salata: una variante davvero azzeccata.
Tutto era buonissimo, i prezzi onesti e il servizio dei ragazzi è stato impeccabile: gentili, sorridenti e molto disponibili.

Casale fantastico, in un posto familiare e gioviale. Cibo eccezionale e di qualità se ami la genuinità e la buona cucina. L’oste è un mito.
