Una sosta ormai consolidata quando sono nei pressi della stazione Tiburtina o di Piazza Bologna dove degustare la classica pizza napoletana cotta nel forno a legna in un ambiente familiare ed accogliente. Un impasto morbido, leggero e ben lievitato, cornicione alto e tanti gusti da scegliere per una pizza che si fa ricordare. L’ultima assaggiata è la marinara rivisitata con acciughe ed olive nere: una goduria! Cucina della trattoria a vista e prezzi nella media. Assolutamente consigliata.

La Pizzeria Carroccio vicino a Tiburtina è stata una piacevole scoperta! Perfetta per una pizza al volo prima di prendere il pullman con le amiche. Ho provato la pizza napoletana con cornicione alto: davvero ottima, soffice e ben lievitata. Il personale è stato super gentile e preparato, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La location è accogliente e ideale per una sosta veloce ma gustosa. Consigliatissima!

21/05/2025: GREAT DIANA ‼️ I needed to stop and rest.. I have a back problem and I walk badly.. I struggle. I sat down at a table and a girl came to advise me.. In an instant I had a wonderful Sicilian cannolo, a coffee and a wonderful almond dessert. While I was gobbling it all up like a greedy child, Diana met a friend with a big problem and told her to console her, "THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO GET UP AND START AGAIN.‼️." It wasn't addressed to me, but Diana turned to me, thinking perhaps that I might be offended.. I had arrived staggering.. Leo politely didn't say anything, but I felt compelled to tell them that I had fallen off my motorbike and that I was recovering.. I paid, said goodbye and slowly started to move.. after a few steps I heard a "I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST POSSIBLE ‼️YOU'LL SEE EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE‼️" after all, I had exchanged a few words with the girl while she was cleaning the nearby tables.. her wish touched me.. I have managed important companies, I have sponsored Formula One, I have had hundreds of collaborators.. I have understood one thing in life.. COMPANIES ARE MADE OF PEOPLE.. every year at midnight on December 31st the turnover disappears we need to start again.. and to start again we need the right people... I don't know whose company this is but to them I say HOLD ON TO DIANA ‼️SHE'S A NICE PERSON.. AND I REPEAT.. COMPANIES ARE MADE OF PEOPLE‼️

03/06/2025: Food and service were good. Minus 2 stars for ‘service fee’ AND ‘12% service’. Scamming tourists with your high fees will never be right. 3 pasta (2 for kids, just pasta and butter), 2 water and 1 tiramisu = 80€ 😳. Good yes, 80€ good, no.
30/05/2025: The food was very good, and I had the best pizza I've ever tasted. However, when we ordered, the waiter offered us an appetizer (calamari a la marinera) that we thought would cost no more than €10. As the bill revealed, this appetizer cost €30. Plus the €4.40 for the hard, unordered bread in the bag and the 12% service charge! The bill was twice as expensive as expected. So beware, you're getting ripped off.
