The place has just a few tables, but it's welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The waiters are attentive, very kind, and professional. The menu is à la carte or via QR code, but you can also order something else, like pasta with clams. They also brew their own beer, as does the bread, made with flour from their own mill. Obviously, everything is strictly gluten-free. Everything tastes great. The cannoli are exceptional!!

Just left: as for dinner, as a celiac with a vegan diet, everything was delicious. From the cheeses, to the pizza to the almond paste. For me, finding the combination of the two and being able to eat without deprivation is almost utopia. The restaurant is welcoming and characteristic, it has all the lost flavor of the past. The boy who served us was extraordinary, whose name I unfortunately didn't ask, polite and kind, a rarity nowadays. Last but not least, Andrea, the owner, who with palpable passion pampered us with respect and kindness. Thank you and congratulations for creating such an inclusive place.

We had a wonderful experience at this stylish Sicilian restaurant in Italy. From the moment we arrived, the staff's kindness and attentiveness stood out and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. What truly surprised us was discovering afterwards that the restaurant is gluten-free. We've tried gluten-free food before and it usually doesn’t compare — but here, everything tasted so good we genuinely wouldn’t have known. A real hidden gem for both gluten-free diners and anyone who just loves great food. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic dinner. The owner was so friendly and the food was absolutely sensational. It was fantastic to know that it was completely gluten free. My pasta with swordfish and eggplant was so tasty.

Ristorante carino, l'ho selezionato in particolare per il mio problema di celiachia. Ho mangiato molto bene e non mi sono sentito pesante nelle ore successive. Dal momento in cui ci siamo seduti non è passato molto tempo per ricevere le pietanze. Pranzo a base di pesce, 95 euro per due persone, ci sta alla grande considerato oggi i prezzi. Sono rimasto soddisfatto, consigliato.

Seguendo il format (orami abusato) del format televisivo 🤓 per eccellenza partiamo dalla: - Location, voto 4: molto particolare e pittoresca emulando molto le figure emblematiche siciliane, l’occhio vuole la sua parte e viene catturato da mille dettagli posti qua e là sopra e sotto ogni angolo. - Menu direi 5: FANTASTICO, l’inclusione è davvero la parola chiave. Dal carnivoro spietato con tagliata di manzo ribeye al salmone ora king, passando per porti tipici regionali siculi, da ricette tradizionali e familiari, arrivando poi a piatti vegetariani e vegani con tagliere di formaggi vegani appunto (pizza incluso) - al ristoratore, ovviamente 5: la passione è davvero il gancio traino di questo Carretino, Andrea spiega, intrattiene, parla e trasmette tanto, rimarcando, i suoi capi saldi. Al conto 5 , onesto, competitivo e concreto con tanto di piatti offerti così come i relativi caffè e amari , che è un gesto sempre molto apprezzato e non scontato di “rivendicazioni” di diritti. … che dire una bella serata grazie ad un posto e a del cibo strepitoso!
